NON-DIGGING SEWERAGE MENDING APPARATUS AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD
The present invention relates to a device and a method to repair a sewer pipe which improves adhesion strength to repair a sewer pipe by inserting a lattice reinforcing part in the sewer pipe when the sewer pipe is damaged, such as breakage, crack, water leak, and the like. The device to repair a sewer pipe comprises: a reinforcing installation device part to insert a lattice reinforcing part in a sewer pipe; a compression pump part which compresses air to supply the compressed air; and a repairing device part receiving a repair tube part on which a hardener is spread and then expanding the repair tube part with the compressed air received from the compression pump part by injecting the repair tube part into the reinforcing part so that the reinforcing part can be firmly in contact with the inner surface of the sewer pipe to repair the sewer pipe while the reinforcement part being impregnated in the repair tube part.
하수관로에 파손, 균열, 누수 등의 손상이 발생한 경우 하수관로 내부에 격자 무늬 형상의 보강부를 삽입하여 밀착 강도를 향상시켜 하수관로를 보수하기 위한 하수관 전체 보수 장치 및 공법에 관한 것으로, 격자 무늬 형상으로 형성된 보강부를 하수관로의 내부에 삽입하기 위한 보강 설치 장치부; 공기를 압축시켜 압축공기를 공급하는 압축 펌프부; 및 경화제가 도포된 보수튜브부를 수용하고 있다가, 상기 압축 펌프부로부터 압축공기를 공급받아 상기 보수튜브부를 상기 보강부 내로 주입하면서 팽창시켜, 상기 보강부가 상기 보수튜브부에 함침되면서 하수관로의 내부에 밀착되어 하수관로를 보수하기 위한 보수 장치부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
