The present invention relates to a water and sewerage mending apparatus and method for mending the entire section of water and sewerage by means of a trenchless method. According to the present invention, the water and sewerage mending apparatus comprises: a speed sensor for measuring the moving speed of a reinforcement tube from a tube roll on which the reinforcement tube is wound toward a reversing part; a tension sensor for measuring the tension of the transferred reinforcement tube; a pressure sensor for measuring a pneumatic pressure for reversely inserting the reinforcement tube; a motor adapted to adjust rotation of the tube roll; a current sensor for measuring the current applied to the motor by means of an inverter; and a controller for controlling the motor through the inverter on the basis of the pneumatic pressure received from the pressure sensor and the tension measured by the tension sensor and for correcting an amount of control for the motor at the time when the motor is controlled later using the current value of the current sensor and a variation rate in the moving speed of the tube measured by the velocity sensor.
본 발명은 보강재 튜브가 권취된 튜브롤로부터 반전부를 향해 풀려나가는 보강재 튜브의 이송속도를 측정하도록 구비된 속도센서와; 상기 풀려나가는 보강재 튜브의 장력을 측정하도록 구비된 장력센서와; 상기 보강재 튜브를 반전 삽입시키는 공압을 측정하는 압력센서와; 상기 튜브롤의 회전을 조절하도록 구비된 모터와; 인버터에 의해 상기 모터에 제공되는 전류를 측정하도록 구비된 전류센서와; 상기 압력센서에서 입력되는 공압과 상기 장력센서에서 측정되는 장력을 기반으로 상기 인버터를 통해 상기 모터를 제어하며, 상기 모터의 제어 시에 상기 전류센서의 전류값과 상기 속도센서에 의한 튜브의 이송속도 변화율을 이용하여 이후의 모터 제어량을 보정하도록 구성된 컨트롤러를 포함하여 구성된다.
