The present invention relates to a transparency soundproof panel wherein a transparent plane is easily exchanged and, specifically, to a transparency soundproof panel wherein a transparent plane is easily exchanged, which comprises: a fixing frame (110) having a square shape; and an operation frame (120) perfectly fitted to an inner side of the fixing frame (110) and installed as a transparent plane (130) is inserted through an edge of an upper side of a left and right side. The operation frame (120) is connected to an edge of the fixing frame (110) with at least one a rotational means (180), and is gotten out to a front side of the fixing frame (110) to appear while circularly moving to an edge direction. The operation frame is gotten out to a front side of the fixing frame to appear while circularly moving to an edge direction, thereby minimizing a working space required for separation of the operation frame to conveniently and safely exchange the transparent plane.
본 발명은 투명판의 교체가 용이한 투명 방음판넬에 관한 것으로서, 특히 사각 틀 형태를 이루는 고정프레임(110)과, 상기 고정프레임(110) 안쪽에 딱 맞게 끼워지되 상측 또는 좌우측 테두리를 통해 투명판(130)을 삽입하여 설치할 수 있게 되는 가동프레임(120)을 포함하되, 상기 가동프레임(120)은 고정프레임(110) 가장자리에 적어도 하나의 회동수단(180)으로 연결되어 고정프레임(110) 전방으로 빠져나와 가장자리 방향으로 원호거동을 하며 출몰될 수 있게 되어, 가동프레임이 고정프레임의 전방으로 빠져나와 가장자리 방향으로 원호거동을 하면서 출몰됨에 따라 가동프레임의 분리를 위해 필요한 작업공간이 최소화되고, 따라서 편리하고 안전하게 투명판을 교체할 수 있게 되는 투명판의 교체가 용이한 투명 방음판넬에 관한 것이다.
