The present invention relates to a soundproofing panel having a multi-layer structure, which is light and thin, has moisture-proof, heat proof and vibration-proof functions as well as enhanced soundproofing efficiency, and is inexpensive to manufacture, thus affording reduced construction cost, cost-effectiveness, and ease of manufacture. The soundproofing panel comprises: a first blocking board unit in which narrow and long sound-absorbing holes A are formed penetrating a board body A across the entire length thereof, from top to bottom at a uniform interval, and in which a blocking film A made of the traditional Korean paper having the same surface area is adhered and fixed to a bottom surface portion of the board body A; a second blocking board unit in which sound-absorbing holes B are formed penetrating a board body B having the same size and shape as the board body A, across the entire length thereof, from top to bottom at a uniform interval, corresponding to the sound-absorbing holes A, and in which a blocking film B made of a foamed sheet having the same surface area is adhered and fixed to a bottom surface portion of the board body B; and a third blocking board unit in which sound-absorbing holes C are formed penetrating a board body C having the same size and shape as the board body B, across the entire length thereof, from top to bottom at a uniform interval, corresponding to the sound-absorbing holes A and B, and in which a blocking film C made of an air cap film having the same surface area is adhered and fixed to a bottom surface portion of the board body B, wherein the first blocking board unit, the second blocking board unit, and the third blocking board unit are integrally stacked one on top of the other from the bottom in this order.
본 발명은 가볍고 두께가 얇으면서 방음효율의 상승과 함께 방습 및 방온, 방진 기능을 모두 갖추고 제작비용이 저렴해 시공비 절감에 따른 경제성과 제작의 용이성을 확보할 수 있도록 한 다층구조를 갖는 방음패널에 관한 것으로서, 그 구성은 폭이 좁고 길이가 긴 흡음공A가 판체A의 전장에 걸쳐 등간격으로 상.하로 관통되게 형성되고, 상기 판체A의 밑면부에 동일한 면적의 한지로 이루어진 차단막A가 접착 고정된 제1 차단판부와; 상기 판체A와 동일한 크기 및 형상의 판체B의 전장에 걸쳐 상기 흡음공A에 대응되게 흡음공B가 등간격으로 상.하로 관통되게 형성되고, 상기 판체B의 밑면부에 동일한 면적으로 발포지로 이루어진 차단막B가 접착 고정된 제2 차단판부와; 상기 판체B와 동일한 크기 및 형상의 판체C의 전장에 걸쳐 상기 흡음공A 및 흡음공B에 대응되게 흡음공C가 등간격으로 상.하로 관통되게 형성되고, 상기 판체C의 밑면부에 동일한 면적으로 에어캡 필름으로 이루어진 차단막C가 접착 고정된 제3 차단판부;로 구성되고, 상기 제1 차단판부와 제2 차단판부 및 제3 차단판부의 순으로 하부에서 상부측으로 일체로 적층 형성된 것이다.
