FIREPROOF BRICK FOR FIREPLACE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a fire resistant brick for a fireplace and a method for producing the same and, more specifically, to a fire resistant brick for a fireplace and a method for producing the same, wherein functionalities for health are improved by using environmentally-friendly ocher as a main ingredient. According to the present invention, ocher is used as a main ingredient, and silica stone and alumina are mixed therewith at a particular ratio to be molded into a particular shape. A platinum catalyst is coated, dried, and plasticized on a molded product. Bursting of a fire resistant brick which has ocher as a main ingredient can be prevented. At the same time, fire resistant and heat storing functions can be maximized.
본 발명은 벽난로 전용 내화벽돌 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 친환경적인 황토를 주원료로 하여 건강을 위한 기능성을 향상시킨 벽날로 전용 내화벽돌 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 황토를 기재로 하고, 여기에 규석과 알루미나를 일정 비율로 혼련한 후, 일정 형상으로 성형하고, 성형된 제품 표면에 백금 촉매를 도포하여 건조 및 소성 공정을 거치도록 함으로써, 황토가 주원료인 내화벽돌의 터짐 현상 등을 방지하는 동시에 내화 및 축열 성능을 극대화시킬 수 있도록 한 벽난로 전용 내화벽돌 및 이의 제조 방법을 제공하고자 한 것이다.
