The present invention relates to an aboveground liquefied natural gas storage tank. The present invention comprises: an independent tank forming an inner tub; at least one or more sandwich plates module manufactured to have a steel plate and concrete to form an outer tub; and an external reinforcement material formed on an outer surface of the sandwich plate. Moreover, the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an aboveground liquefied natural gas storage tank comprising the steps of: installing a support on the ground surface; installing an outer tub slab on the support; installing an inner tub tank on the outer tub slab; and installing the sandwich plate along a circumferential surface of the outer tub slab. The sandwich plate has the external reinforcement material formed on the outer surface. According to the present invention, the aboveground liquefied natural gas storage tank and the method for manufacturing the same reduce the number of installation processes and costs. Moreover, the present invention is capable of efficiently performing the modular construction method.
본 발명은 지상 액화천연가스 저장탱크에 관한 것으로서, 저장물이 저장되도록 공간이 형성되어 내조를 이루는 독립형 탱크; 서로 마주하여 한 쌍으로 이루어지되 보강물이 형성되는 스틸 플레이트와 상기 스틸 플레이트 사이에 충진되는 콘크리트를 구비하도록 모듈 제작되어, 상기 독립형 탱크의 외면을 둘러싸 외조를 이루는 적어도 하나 이상의 샌드위치 플레이트; 및 상기 샌드위치 플레이트의 외면에 형성되는 외부 보강재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 또한, 본 발명은 지상 액화천연가스 저장탱크 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 지면에 상부로 연장되는 지지대를 설치하는 단계; 상기 지지대에 외조 슬라브를 설치하는 단계; 상기 외조 슬라브에 내조 탱크를 설치하는 단계; 및 상기 외조 슬라브의 둘레면을 따라 상기 내조 탱크를 둘러싸도록 샌드위치 플레이트를 설치하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 샌드위치 플레이트는, 외면에 형성되는 외부 보강재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따른 지상 액화천연가스 저장탱크 및 이를 제조하는 방법은, 별도의 거푸집을 설치하고 해제할 필요없이 샌드위치 플레이트를 모듈화하여 시공할 수 있으므로, 설치 공수가 절감되고, 필요 노동력이 줄어듦으로써 비용절감이 이루어지고, 공기단축을 이룰 수 있어 극지방 등 혹한의 지역 및 인력수급이 미약한 지역에서도 설치가 용이해지는 효과가 있다. 또한, 샌드위치 플레이트에 외부 보강재를 부가함으로써, 샌드위치 플레이트의 내구성, 내충격성 또는 단열 성능을 향상시킴과 함께 무게를 획기적으로 줄일 수 있어 상기 모듈화 시공방법을 효율적으로 수행할 수 있음과 동시에 재료비용을 절감하여 공사비용절감 또한 가능하게 되는 효과가 있다. 또한, 샌드위치 플레이트의 두께가 얇아질 수 있어 외부로 저장물을 토출하기 위한 구멍의 설치가 간단해지고 쉬워지는 효과가 있다.
