DUCT REPAIR METHOD AND DUCT REPAIR DEVICE
The present invention relates to a non-excavation type duct repair apparatus using a lining tube and a repair method thereof. According to the non-excavation type duct repair apparatus of the present invention, a penetration hose is installed in the lining tube, and the lining tube is fused and hardened on an inner wall of a repair target pipe by suppling steam into the lining tube as water remaining in a repair target pipe and water stagnating on one side of the repair target pipe are transported to another side pipe through the penetration hose. According to the repair method of the present invention, the lining tube inserted with the penetration hose is inserted into the repair target pipe, and the lining tube is fused and hardened on the inner wall of the repair target pipe by supplying the steam into the penetration hose in a constant temperature and pressure through a steam supply pipe by driving a steam generator, as transporting the water remaining in the repair target pipe and the water stagnating on one side of the repair target pipe to another side pipe through the penetration hose by driving a water pump.
본 발명은 라이닝튜브를 이용한 매설관로의 비굴착식 보수장치 및 보수방법에 관한 것으로, 라이닝튜브 내부에 관통호스를 설치하고, 관통호스를 통해 보수대상관로 내부에 남아있는 물과 보수대상관로의 일측 관로에 고이는 물을 타측 관로로 이송하면서 라이닝튜브 내부에 스팀을 공급하여, 라이닝튜브를 보수대상관로 내벽에 융착 경화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 라이닝튜브를 이용한 매설관로의 비굴착식 보수장치와 보수대상관로의 내부에 관통호스가 내삽된 라이닝튜브를 삽입하고, 워터펌프를 구동하여 관통호스를 통해 보수대상관로 내부에 남아 있는 물과 보수대상관로 일측 관로에 고이는 물을 반대측 관로로 이송시키면서, 스팀발생기를 구동시켜 스팀공급관을 통해 관통호스 내부로 스팀을 일정 온도와 압력으로 공급하여 라이닝 튜브를 보수대상관로 내벽에 융착 경화시키는 라이닝튜브를 이용한 매설관로의 비굴착식 보수방법에 관한 발명이다.
