OUTDOOR DUCT, CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF OUTDOOR DUCT, AND UNIT FOR DUCT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a technology capable of improving work efficiency of a construction work in a veranda, and surely securing separation between an exhaust air outlet and a supply air inlet for ventilation.SOLUTION: A construction method of an outdoor duct is provided for assembling the outdoor duct 10 capable of taking air or exhausting air from a vent hole 34c of a lower plate portion 31, by mounting a frame body 31 on a wall and poles around the veranda floor 21a while separating from the veranda floor 21a upward, making a strip body 42 for equipment pass through a strip body insertion hole 33e of an upper plate portion 33 of the frame body 31 and a sleeve of a wall 22 of a building, and connecting a ventilation duct 41 at a building side to a ventilation duct connection port of the upper plate portion 33 before finishing the veranda floor 21a, then performing a veranda floor finishing process, drawing out the strip body 42 for equipment downward from the strip body insertion hole 34e of the lower plate portion 34 of the frame body 31, and mounting an outer plate 32 on a side periphery of the frame body 31. Further an outdoor duct 10, and a unit 30 for duct used in assembling the outdoor duct 10 are provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】ベランダ内での工事の作業効率向上を実現でき、しかも、換気用の排気出口と給気入口との間の離隔距離の確実確保を可能とする技術の開発。【解決手段】ベランダ床21aの仕上げ前に、ベランダ床21a周囲の壁や柱にベランダ床21aから上方に離隔させて枠体31を取り付け、この枠体31の上板部33の条体挿通孔33eと建物の壁22のスリーブとに設備用条体42を通し、上板部33の換気ダクト接続口に建物側の換気ダクト41を接続した後に、ベランダ床仕上げ工程を行い、その後、設備用条体42を枠体31の下板部34の条体挿通孔34eから下方へ引き出し、枠体31側周に外板32を取り付けて、下板部31の通気口34cから吸気又は排気可能な屋外ダクト10を組み立てる屋外ダクトの施工方法、屋外ダクト10、屋外ダクト10の組み立てに用いられるダクト用ユニット30を提供する。【選択図】図3
