The present invention relates to a device to prevent fingers from being caught including a flexible body (100) whereon a slit (105) is formed in a longitudinal direction, and a fixing member (110) fitted into the slit (105) including a lower cap (112) of which the bottom surface is fixated to a door. The device to prevent fingers from being caught is characterized by comprising: a spring fixing member (120) fitted into a lower part of the flexible body (100) between the slit (105) and the rear part (107) of the flexible body; an elastic body (125) having one end joined to a locking hole (114) and the other end fixated to the spring fixing member (120), formed to vertically be inclined inside the slit, made of a rubber band or a spring; the lower cap (112) of the fixing member (110) having the front part of which a distance to the underside of the flexible body (100) is shorter than a rear part; a locking protrusion (113) formed on a front part of the top surface of the lower cap (112); and a locking member (130) fitted into and fixated to the lower side of the flexible body (100) between the slit (105) and the front part (106) of the flexible body. The door stops by being locked by the fixing member when moving the flexible body backward. The flexible body automatically moves forwards when opening the stopped door. Thereafter, the flexible body is interposed between the door and a door frame. Accordingly, the present invention is capable of preventing accidents where fingers are caught by the door.
본 발명은 슬릿(105)이 전후로 형성된 유동몸체(100)와, 슬릿(105)에 끼워져 하부캡(112) 바닥면이 문에 접착 고정되는 고정부재(110)를 포함하는 손가락 끼임 방지구에 있어서, 상기 고정부재(110)의 상부캡(111)에 인접한 위치에 형성된 걸림구멍(114)과, 슬릿(105)과 뒷부분(107) 사이 유동몸체(100) 하부에 끼워져 고정되는 스프링 고정부재(120)와, 걸림구멍(114)에 한쪽 끝이 결합되고 스프링 고정부재(120)에 다른 쪽 끝이 고정되며 슬릿 내에서 상하로 비스듬하게 형성된 고무줄 또는 스프링 중 하나로 된 탄성체(125)와, 유동몸체(100) 하부면과의 간격이 뒤쪽보다 앞쪽이 더 작도록 형성된 고정부재(110)의 하부캡(112)과, 하부캡(112) 윗면의 앞쪽 부분에 형성된 걸림턱(113) 및, 슬릿(105)과 앞부분(106) 사이 유동몸체(100) 하부에 끼워져 고정되는 걸림부재(130)를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 손가락 끼임 방지구에 관한 것으로, 유동몸체를 뒤로 후진시키면 고정부재에 걸려서 정지상태가 되고 정지상태에서 문을 열면 자동으로 유동몸체가 전진하면서 문과 문틀 사이에 끼워지게 되어 손가락이 문틈에 끼는 사고를 방지할 수 있도록 형성된 것이다.
The present invention relates to a device to prevent fingers from being caught including a flexible body (100) whereon a slit (105) is formed in a longitudinal direction, and a fixing member (110) fitted into the slit (105) including a lower cap (112) of which the bottom surface is fixated to a door. 본 발명은 슬릿(105)이 전후로 형성된 유동몸체(100)와, 슬릿(105)에 끼워져 하부캡(112) 바닥면이 문에 접착 고정되는 고정부재(110)를 포함하는 손가락 끼임 방지구에 있어서, 상기 고정부재(110)의 상부캡(111)에 인접한 위치에 형성된 걸림구멍(114)과, 슬릿(105)과 뒷부분(107) 사이 유동몸체(100) 하부에 끼워져 고정되는 스프링 고정부재(120)와, 걸림구멍(114)에 한쪽 끝이 결합되고 스프링 고정부재(120)에 다른 쪽 끝이 고정되며 슬릿 내에서 상하로 비스듬하게 형성된 고무줄 또는 스프링 중 하나로 된 탄성체(125)와, 유동몸체(100) 하부면과의 간격이 뒤쪽보다 앞쪽이 더 작도록 형성된 고정부재(110)의 하부캡(112)과, 하부캡(112) 윗면의 앞쪽 부분에 형성된 걸림턱(113) 및, 슬릿(105)과 앞부분(106) 사이 유동몸체(100) 하부에 끼워져 고정되는 걸림부재(130)를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 손가락 끼임 방지구에 관한 것으로, 유동몸체를 뒤로 후진시키면 고정부재에 걸려서 정지상태가 되고 정지상태에서 문을 열면 자동으로 유동몸체가 전진하면서 문과 문틀 사이에 끼워지게 되어 손가락이 문틈에 끼는 사고를 방지할 수 있도록 형성된 것이다.
