HYDRAULIC EQUIPMENT FOR EXCAVATOR HAVING TONGS INSTALLING ARM
According to the present invention, hydraulic equipment for an excavator comprising an arm installation tongs includes: a hydraulic cylinder which supplies a working fluid to a connection cylinder performing detachment of a quick coupler or a tongs cylinder driving the arm installation tongs; an oil tank which contains the working fluid discharged from the tongs cylinder or the connection cylinder; a tongs line which is installed between the tongs cylinder and a hydraulic pump or the oil tank, and supplies or discharges the working fluid; a main controller which is installed in the tongs line, and controls the tongs cylinder by determining supply direction of the working fluid; a connection line which is installed between the connection cylinder and the hydraulic pump or the oil tank, and supplies or discharges the working fluid; a solenoid valve which is installed in the connection line, and controls the connection cylinder by determining supply direction of the working fluid; and a sagging prevention part which is installed in the tongs line, and prevents the working fluid from sagging toward the bottom of an arm of the arm installation tongs by controlling the working fluid discharged from the tongs cylinder.
본 발명은, 암대 설치형 집게를 구동시키는 집게실린더 또는 퀵커플러의 탈착을 행하는 연결실린더에 작동유체를 공급하는 유압펌프; 상기 집게실린더 또는 상기 연결실린더로부터 배출되는 작동유체가 담유되는 오일탱크; 상기 집게실린더와 상기 유압펌프 또는 상기 오일탱크 사이에 설치되고 작동유체가 공급 또는 배출되는 집게라인; 상기 집게라인에 설치되고 작동유체의 공급방향을 결정하여 상기 집게실린더의 구동을 제어하는 메인컨트롤밸브; 상기 연결실린더와 상기 유압펌프 또는 상기 오일탱크 사이에 설치되고 작동유체가 공급 또는 배출되는 연결라인; 상기 연결라인에 설치되고 작동유체의 공급방향을 결정하여 상기 연결실린더의 구동을 제어하는 솔레노이드밸브; 및 상기 집게라인에 구비되고 상기 집게실린더로부터 배출되는 작동유체를 단속하여 상기 암대 설치형 집게 암대 하측으로 처지는 것을 방지하는 처짐방지부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
