NON-DIGGING TYPE BORING DEVICE FOR FORMING PIPE CONDUIT IN GROUND AND NO-DIGGING BORING METHOD
A non-excavation type boring machine to form a conduit inside the ground, and a non-excavation type boring machine are disclosed. The disclosed boring machine forms a conduit inside the ground by a non-excavation method comprising: a drill shaft installed to be rotated; a bit attached to a front end of the drill shaft to be rotated with the drill shaft, rotating while applying pressure to the ground in order to form a hole; a first pipe provided to surround the drill shaft; a second pipe provided to surround the first pipe; and a head casing provided between the bit and the second pipe to fixate a front end part of the second pipe.
지반 내에 관로 형성을 위한 비굴착식 천공 장치 및 비굴착식 천공 공법이 개시된다. 개시된 천공 장치는, 비굴착식으로 지반 내에 관로를 형성하는 것으로, 회전 가능하게 설치되는 드릴 샤프트와, 상기 드릴 샤프트의 선단에 부착되어 상기 드릴 샤프트와 함께 회전하도록 마련되는 것으로, 지반에 압력을 가하면서 회전함으로써 홀(hole)을 형성하는 비트와, 상기 드릴 샤프트를 둘러싸도록 마련되는 제1 도관과, 상기 제1 도관을 둘러싸도록 마련되는 제2 도관과, 상기 비트와 상기 제2 도관 사이에 마련되어 상기 제2 도관의 선단부를 고정하는 헤드 케이싱을 포함한다.
