HIGH-EARLY STRENGTHENING CONCRETE COMPOSITION CONTAINING POLYMER AND REPAIRING METHOD OF CONCRETE STRUCTURE USING THE COMPOSITION
The present invention relates to a polymer reforming high early strengthening cement concrete composition and a repairing method of a concrete structure using the same. The polymer reforming high early strengthening concrete composition comprises: 5 to 35 wt% of a high early strengthening cement-based bonding material; 20 to 70 wt% of a fine aggregate; 20 to 70 wt% of a thick aggregate; 0.1 to 20 wt% of water; and 0.01 to 15 wt% of a polymer-based reforming material. The polymer-based reforming material comprises: 50 to 97 wt% of methyl metahcrylate-styrene; 1 to 35 wt% of 2-hydroxyethylacrylate; 1 to 35 wt% of metahcrylate-butadiene; 0.1 to 25 wt% of butylacrylate-styrene; and 0.01 to 5 wt% of furfuryl alcohol. According to the present invention, the composition can improve workability by extending hardening time of concrete, improve durability of the concrete, and especially reduce a flaw of the concrete by improving a deflection and a tensile strength.
