The present invention relates to a grout vibration injecting device and, more specifically, relates to a grout vibration injecting device which injects grout into minute regions via a vibrator and washes an injection pipe. According to the present invention, the grout vibration injecting device has an appearance formed by connecting an upper outer pipe, a rubber packer, and a lower outer pipe; an inner pipe is formed inside the outer pipe; a grout injection pipe is contained inside the inner pipe; a grout discharge part is formed on a fore-end part of the inner pipe; a protective pipe containing a vibrating motor is connected to a lower side of the grout discharge part; and a vibrator is connected to the lower side of the protective pipe. The vibrator has a vibrating pendulum line, which is connected to the vibrating motor such that the radius of rotation increases while the vibrating pendulum line is rotated by a centrifugal force in accordance to the operation of the vibrating motor, and a vibrating pendulum is formed on a fore-end of the vibrating pendulum line.
