The present invention relates to a fixing apparatus for a down pipe. More particularly, the present invention relates to a fixing apparatus for a down pipe which has a wall fixing unit for controlling a distance between the wall and the down pipe according to the inside of a building. Because the fixing unit determines a distance between the wall and the down pipe according to the fixing structure of the down pipe, it can be hardly changed according to the inside of the building while it is constantly fixed. Thereby, the difficulty of installation is caused. A wall fixing apparatus according to the present invention is easily fixed to the wall after it is fixed to the down pipe in advance. Thereby, the installation can be improved and the distance between the wall and the down pipe can be controlled. Therefore, the position of the down pipe can be controlled according to situations in the building.
