DOWN PIPE WITH A WALL FIXING APPARATUS
The present invention relates to a rain leader and, more specifically, to a rain leader integrated with a wall fixing device, capable of finishing a wall while installing the rain leader without finishing the wall by integrally forming the wall fixing device with the rain leader. A rain leader is installed with a separate flashing in the past, as an air flow from the outside can flow in through a panel connection unit when the panel connection unit connecting panels is formed in a prefabricated building usually constructed by assembling the panels. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the rain leader integrated with the wall fixing device, capable of preventing an air flow flowing in through the panel connection unit by being installed in the panel connection unit without the separate finishing flashing and obtaining a neat panel finishing effect preventing an exposure of the panel connection unit to an indoor space.
본 발명은 선홈통에 관한 것으로, 더 상세하게는 벽체고정장치를 일체형으로 구성하여 벽체의 마감 필요 없이 선홈통을 설치하면서 벽체의 마감이 이루어질 수 있도록 한 벽체 고정 장치 일체형 선홈통에 관한 것이다. 일반적으로 패널을 조립하여 시공되는 조립식 건물에서 패널과 패널 연결부가 발생할 때, 패널연결부를 통해 외부로 부터 바람이 유입될 수 있음으로, 별도의 마감 후레싱(flshing)을 사용하고, 선홈통을 설치하였다. 본 발명에서는 별도의 마감 후레싱을 사용하지 않고, 패널연결부 상에 설치하여 패널연결부로 부터의 바람 유입을 차단함은 물론 실내에서 패널연결부가 보이지 않도록 깨끗하게 패널 마감효과를 얻을 수 있도록 한 벽체 고정 장치 일체형 선홈통을 제공하고자 한다.
