METHOD OF MANUFACTURING EXTERIOR PANELS FOR BUILDINGS
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing exterior panels for buildings, which are installed on the inner wall or the outer wall of a building to beautify appearance. To solve the problem of a traditional method for manufacturing exterior panels that edges are damaged by an external force after application, so exterior panels have to be applied again, and the appearance is not beautiful due to rivets combined with side surfaces. Provided is a method for manufacturing exterior panels for buildings, comprising: an exterior panel selecting step (S10) of selecting composite panels for exterior panels having upper plates, core materials and lower plates stacked sequentially; an exterior panel processing step (S10) of cutting the edges of the upper plates and the core materials to form step parts on the edges of the core materials, and bending and bonding multiple side surface parts on the edges of the lower plates; a bracket combining step (S30) of placing multiple brackets on the edges of the upper plates to insert an insertion part on one end into the step parts of the core materials, fixing the multiple brackets using multiple rivets, and placing parts protuberating from the exterior panels in the space parts of the brackets; and a reinforcing member fixing step (S40) for imparting strength by inserting reinforcing members into the edges of the brackets and fixing the reinforcing members. Therefore, the present invention further enhances strength by combining the edges of the brackets with the reinforcing members, prevents the modification of appearance even if a surface protuberates due to the rivets when the brackets are combined with the edges of the exterior panels, and beautifies the appearance by preventing the rivets from being seen from the front.
