The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a surface-polished exterior panel using a ceramic binder and a natural stone chip, and more particularly, to a method for manufacturing a surface-polished exterior panel using a ceramic binder and natural stone chip, which is improved to express natural beauty and high-quality beauty at a low cost in a simple manner by expressing texture and aesthetics close to natural stone while using various exterior panels, such as cement boards including metal panels or ceramic panels that are currently in use, as they are. A method for manufacturing an exterior panel used as a finishing material for a building includes: a first step of preparing a natural pigment, a natural stone chip and a ceramic binder; a second step of sanding the surface of an exterior panel and airbrushing the same; a third step of primarily applying a natural pigment, a natural stone chip, and a ceramic binder to the surface of the exterior panel; and seven other steps.
본 발명은 세라믹 바인더와 천연석재 칩을 이용한 표면 연마형 외장용 패널 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 통용되고 있는 금속패널 혹은 세라믹패널을 비롯한 시멘트보드 등 각종 외장용 패널을 그대로 사용하면서 자연석에 가까운 질감와 미감을 표출하여 간단하고 저렴한 비용으로도 자연미, 고급미를 구현할 수 있도록 개선된 세라믹 바인더와 천연석재 칩을 이용한 표면 연마형 외장용 패널 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
