A pipe for water and sewage having improved construction convenience is provided. The pipe for water and sewage having improved construction convenience comprises: a pipe unit composed of an inner pipe, which is manufactured by extrusion-molding a high-density polyethylene material to be shape-variable, and an outer pipe manufactured by extrusion-molding the same material with the inner pipe to be shape-variable and thermally bonded to the outer surface to envelop the inner pipe and having first ring-shaped protrusion parts and first ring-shaped groove parts formed alternately and repeatedly on the outer surface; an inner connection unit coupled to the inside of a connection portion between the pipe units, having a ring-shaped step formed in the middle to be hung and connected to the pipe unit, having insertion pipes protruding from both sides of the ring-shaped step, having a ring-shaped connection groove formed on the outer surface of the insertion pipe, and having a sealing ring connected to the ring-shaped connection groove; and an outer connection unit coupled to the outside of the connection portion between the pipe units, having a pair of connectors connected by a hinge pin to be able to rotate around a hinge, having second ring-shaped protrusion parts and second ring-shaped groove parts formed alternately and repeatedly so that the first ring-shaped protrusion parts and the first ring-shaped groove parts can be mounted on the inner surface of the connectors to be hung and connected, and including a fixing clip for coupling the pair of connectors to the outer surface of the pipe unit at the end part of the connectors. Therefore, the convenience of conveyance and the convenience of construction can be improved.
