LEC BUILDING MATERIAL REDUCING HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCE AND CONTROLLING HUMIDITY
The present invention relates to a method to manufacture an interior and an exterior material of a building including a base layer, a first functional layer including an organic filler with a heat insulation property, a second functional layer including an absorption-humidification agent, and a surface layer including an absorption-humidification agent and a decomposer. The method to manufacture the interior and exterior material of the building comprises: a step of forming the base layer; a step of forming the first function layer on the base layer; a step of forming the second functional layer on the first functional layer; a step of pressurizing the formed object, and thereafter naturally curing the pressurized object; and a step of forming the surface layer on the second functional layer after drying the cured object. The present invention is characterized by the fact that the outputs obtained in each step are transferred to the next step of a continuous process by a conveyor belt. The present invention is capable of obtaining an environmentally friendly and a high-functional interior and exterior material of the building; reducing hazardous substances by forming the multilayer-combined structure; obtaining excellent material properties of the interior and exterior material of the building by remarkably increasing a performance of humidity control and a heat insulation property; and improving productivity and increasing process efficiency by increasing an efficiency of a manufacturing process, and simplifying the manufacturing process by promoting a hydration reaction and continuously processing.
