The present invention relates to a panel mounted frame, a structure using the same and a construction method thereof. The frame where a panel such as the solar panel is mounted can be easily installed in a structure. The panel is easily installed and disassembled using a frame connection device in a connection portion 1 and the connection portion 2, and a wiring receiving groove is formed in one side and the other side segment frames to enable a cable to be inserted into the wiring receiving groove to prevent the wiring from being exposed to the outside.
