SINK HOLES PREVENTION METHODS BY CLOSING SETTLEMENT
The present invention relates to a sinkhole prevention method by closed pipe subsidence comprising: a step of confirming a location of a closed pipe buried under the ground of the city; a step of selecting a point to be filled if the location of a closed pipe is confirmed, and forming a filling pipe insertion hole by excavating the point to be filled; a step of installing a closed pipe in the end of a section to be filled and an upper part of an inclined and closed pipe if the filling pipe insertion hole is formed; and a step of inserting the filling pipe into the filling pipe insertion hole if the closed pipe is installed, and injecting a filling material through the inserted filling pipe. Moreover, the filling material comprises, with respect to 100 wt% of white cement which is a main component, 15-25 parts by weight of a mixed liquid obtained by inserting and stirring 40 wt% of a mixture wherein cristobalite powder having a particle size of 0.1-1.2 mm and cresol novolac type epoxy resin are mixed in a weight ratio of 4:1 with 60 wt% of toluene, 5-10 parts by weight of tholeiite basalt powder having a particle size of 0.1-0.2 mm, 10-15 parts by weight of polypropylene resin containing a carbon fiber cut by the length of 6-7 mm, 15-30 parts by weight of sodium lauryl sulfate, 50-70 parts by weight of metakaolin, 5-10 parts by weight of BA (buthyl acrylate), 10-15 parts by weight of ethyl trimethylbenzoyl phenylphosphinate, and 25-35 parts by weight of latex emulsion.
