The present invention relates to a door water proofing device for an apartment house preventing a coating layer of the surface of a door from being separated by moisture and absorbing impact energy. The present invention comprises: a lubricating sheet (30) installed in a lower end part of the door (20); a driving frame (40); a pair of rubber strips (50, 60) having T-shaped protrusions (52, 62) coupled to the T-grooves (41, 42); an oilless bearing (70) guiding the driving frame (40); a bearing holder (80) covering a lower side of the oilless bearing (70); a pair of return springs (86,88); a coupling holes (81a, 81b, 71a, 71b); pin bolts (90, 95) having cylindrical guide units (92, 97) and penetrating the lubricating sheet (30) to be fixated to the door (20); and an end cover (100) having ventilation grooves (102, 104); and an adhesive sheet (110) attached to a lower end of the driving frame (40).
