The present invention provides a specialized design of a door structure for apartments and officetels, which is for utilizing a neglected apartment rooftop space. An apartment structure according to the present invention prevents noise by placing an intermediate floor between the apartment rooftop and the residential floor, and at the same time, creates a commercial or rest area with less noise or vibration in the intermediate floor, creates shopping malls and gymnasium facilities with much noise in the rooftop, and comprises single-story bridges for connecting the rooftops and intermediate floors of apartment buildings with the rooftops and intermediate floors of other apartment buildings.
