REUSABLE DECKPLATE ASSEMBLY AND RIBBED SLAB CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a reusable deck plate assembly and a ribbed slab constructing method using the same including: deck plate modules with bottom plates; built-in type truss members installed upright on the bottom plates, and embedded on a slab concrete layer; and fixed truss members fixated to the bottom plates, arranged on both sides of the built-in truss members capable of being separated from the slab concrete layer with the bottom plates after curing the slab concrete, and rib forming members installed in a top surface of the bottom plates to cover the fixed truss members forming a ribbed slab wherein the built-in truss members are embedded by being separated from the slab concrete layer after curing the slab concrete, thereby being easily separated after curing the slab concrete and reusing the bottom plates by installing the built-in truss members and built-in spacers only. Accordingly, the present invention is capable of reducing expenses by reducing the consumption of the deck plate assemblies. Additionally, the present invention is capable of constructing the ribbed slab with the large built-in truss members using the truss members with different sizes installed in the deck plate, and supporting a construction load during construction with the fixed truss members and the rib forming members. Moreover, the present invention is capable of forming an empty space by separating the truss members and the rib forming members after completing construction, thus the weight of the slab can be reduced by partly reducing the thickness of the slab.
