BASEPLATE SEPERATABLE DECKPLATE CONSTRUCTION METHOD
The present invention relates to a separable deck plate construction method which easily moves a truss reinforcing bar and a support member even if cutting is needed in accordance with a shape of a floor plate of a building to facilitate handling at a site, is made of an eco-friendly material, and effectively disperses and resists a floor plate concrete pouring pressure to be efficient and economic. The deck plate comprises: a support member including a body extended in a lateral direction, both ends protruding from a side of the body more upwards than the body, a lower surface protruding part protruding from a lower surface of both ends of the body, and a center fixing sleeve having a vertical hollow groove on a lower surface of a center of the body; a spacer member integrated into the lower surface protruding part of the support member; and a base plate installed to come in contact with the spacer member, wherein a lower fixing bolt coupled to the vertical hollow groove of the center fixing sleeve is installed therethrough.
건축물의 바닥판의 형태에 따서 절단이 필요한 경우라도 용이하게 트러스철근과 받침부재등을 이동시켜 현장에서의 대응이 용이하고, 친환경적인 재질로 제작되고 바닥판콘크리트 타설압을 효과적으로 분산 저항시킬 수 있어 효율적이고 경제적인 분리형 데크플레이트 시공방법에 대한 것으로서, 상기 분리형 데크플레이트는 횡방향으로 연장된 몸통부와 몸통부 측면에 몸통부 보다 상방으로 돌출 형성된 양 단부; 상기 몸통부 양 측단 저면에 각각 돌출된 저면돌출구; 상기 몸통부 중앙 저면에 수직중공홈이 형성된 중앙고정슬리브;를 포함하는 받침부재; 상기 받침부재의 저면돌출구와 일체로 형성된 스페이서부재; 및 상기 스페이서부재가 접하도록 설치되며, 중앙고정슬리브의 수직중공홈에 체결되는 하부고정볼트가 관통 설치되는 베이스플레이트;를 포함한다.
