U-TYPE PSC GIRDER USING UPPER FLANGE WITH VARIABLE OPEN WIDTH AND THE CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREFOR
A U-shaped PSC girder using a tapered section upper flange and a construction method thereof are disclosed. After a tendon is disposed inside the PSC girder to be strained, the tendon is installed in both end parts of the U-shaped girder to enable pre-stress to be applied, and the U-shaped girder has a bottom plate and both abdominal portions. An overall extension length (L) comprises: a center portion (L1) having a rectangular cross-sectional surface which is the closed hollow cross-sectional surface formed by an upper flange formed between the bottom plate and both abdominal portions and an upper end of both abdominal portions; a tapered section unit (L2) wherein the U-shaped hollow cross-sectional surface, wherein opened widths (d1, d2, d3) of the upper flange formed between the bottom plate and the both abdominal portions and the upper ends of both abdominal portions are increased as toward the both end parts, is provided between the center portion (L1) and both end parts (L3); and both end parts (L3) where a mounting device where the tendon is tensioned and mounted is formed and having a square sphere shape.
긴장재가 내부에 배치되어 긴장 후 U형 PSC거더의 양 단부에 정착되어 프리스트레스가 도입되도록 제작되며, 저판과 양 복부를 포함하는 U형 PSC거더로서, 전체 연장길이(L)에 있어, 저판, 양 복부, 양 복부 상단 사이에 형성된 상부플랜지에 의한 중공 폐합단면인 ㅁ형 단면으로 형성된 중앙부위(L1); 상기 중앙부위(L1)로부터 양 단부(L3) 사이는 저판, 양 복부, 양 복부 상단 사이에 형성된 상부플랜지의 개방폭(d1,d2,d3)이 양 단부쪽으로 갈수록 커지는 중공 U형 단면으로 형성된 변단면부(L2); 긴장재가가 긴장 후 정착되는 정착장치가 형성되는 부위로서 사각구체 형태로 각각 형성되는 양 단부(L3);를 포함하는 변단면 상부플랜지를 이용한 U형 PSC거더 및 그 시공방법이 개시된다.
