REPAIRING METHOD OF CONCRETE STRUCTURES USING SELF-HEALING HIGH PERFOMANCE EPOXY MATERIALS
Disclosed is a re-damage prevention waterproofing and anticorrosion construction method of a concrete structure by high elastic epoxy resin finish. A method of waterproofing and anticorrosion treating a defective part of a concrete structure comprises: removing a defective part and a crack part formed on a surface of a new and an old concrete in a V-form or a U-form; injecting a self-healing repair material, and filling with the self-healing repair material; forming a mortar layer for surface preparation in the concrete defective part; and forming a surface finishing resin layer on the mortar layer for surface preparation. The surface finishing resin layer is a high elastic epoxy resin finishing material.
고탄성 에폭시수지 마감에 의한 콘코리트 구조물의 재파손 방지 방수방식공법이 개시된다. 주요 구성은 신·구 콘크리트의 표면에 형성된 결함부 및 균열부를 V형 또는 U형으로 파취하여 자기치유보수재를 주입 및 충전지수하고 상기 콘크리트 결함부에 바탕조정용 모르타르층을 형성하고 상기 바탕조정용 모르타르층상에 표면마감수지층을 형성하여 콘코리트 구조물의 결함부를 방수방식처리하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 표면마감수지층이 고탄성 에폭시수지 마감재인 것을 특징으로 한다.
