THE ADHESION OF THE GROUT WITH INCREASED GROUND ANCHOR CONSTRUCTION METHOD
The present invention relates to a ground anchor construction method with increased adhesion with grout, more specifically, which forms a wing increasing adhesion for a mounting material to be placed in the center inside a drilling hole, and increases adhesion as grout is evenly distributed in a mounting material in a basic state wherein a length of a mounting material is extended as a separate inner member is coupled to a front end of a mounting port. The ground anchor construction method comprises: (S1) a drilling step of forming a drilling hole; (S2) an external diameter control step of bending or taping treatment after installing an external diameter control ring which is divided into two to be fitted to an internal diameter of the drilling hole; (S3) a mounting material insertion step of enabling a mounting material to be placed in the center of the drilling hole; (S4) a grouting step of injecting grout into the inside of the drilling hole; and (S5) a sealing and mounting step of installing a temporary facility or a structure in an entrance of the drilling hole and sealing and mounting a strand.
본 발명은 그라우트와의 부착력이 증대된 그라운드 앵커 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 정착제가 천공홀 내에서 중심에 위치하도록 부착력 증대 날개를 형성하고, 정착구의 선단에 별도의 내하체를 체결하여 정착체 길이가 연장된 기본적인 상태에서도 그라우트가 정착체에 고르게 분포하므로 부착력을 증대시키며, 부착력 증대 날개의 결합홈에 외경조절링을 변화된 천공경에 맞게 조절하여 체결할 수 있으므로 현장에서 바로 재조립 및 시공할 수 있어 시간과 비용을 절감할 수 있는 것이다.이는 천공 장비를 이용하여 사면이나 지반에 일정 길이를 갖는 천공홀을 형성하는 천공 단계(S1)와; 외주면 양측에 한쪽 방향으로 경사지면서 경사면 표면에 결합홈이 형성된 부착력 증대 날개가 일체로 형성된 내하체를 형성하고, 부착력 증대 날개에 형성된 결합홈에 2개로 분할된 외경조절링을 천공홀의 내경에 맞게 조절하여 설치한 후에 밴딩이나 테이핑 처리하는 외경조절 단계(S2)와; 천공홀에 맞게 외경조절링을 조절한 후, 경사진 표면에 결합홈이 형성된 부착력 증대 날개가 일체로 형성된 내하체와, 상기 내하체의 선단에 체결되는 정착구와, 상기 부착력 증대 날개의 외경조절링 결합홈에 체결되는 외경조절링으로 이루어지며, 내하체에 정착구가 삽입된 상태로 이루어진 정착체를 다단으로 설치하고, 정착구의 선단에 내하체를 체결한 후에 천공홀 내부로 삽입하여 정착제가 천공홀의 중심에 위치하도록 하는 정착체 삽입 단계(S3)과; 상기 내하체의 부착력 증대 날개에 설치된 그라우트 주입호스를 통해 천공홀의 내부로 그라우트를 주입하는 그라우팅 단계(S4)와; 그라우팅을 완료한 후에 천공홀 입구에 가시설 또는 구조물을 설치하고 강연선을 인장한 후 정착하는 인장 및 정착 단계(S5)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한다.
