GROUND ANCHOR CONSTRUCTION METHOD WITH UNIFORM ADHESION STRESS
To provide a ground anchor construction method which can improve durability by preventing the gradual progression of fracture due to the generation of concentrated stress that occurs in an anchoring portion of a conventional ground anchor, and by applying substantially uniform stress to the entire anchoring portion.SOLUTION: A hole 5 with a diameter of 40 to 400 mm is drilled from a ground surface 1 to an immobile layer 4 deep in the ground. A tendon 6 is inserted into the hole 5 after drilling. A tendon fixing portion 7 is formed by injecting cement for the tendon fixing portion 7 around a tip 6a of the tendon 6 in the hole of the immobile layer 4. After forming the tendon fixing portion 7, a temporary pressure receiving plate 18 is installed on the ground surface 1. With the tendon 6 under tension using the temporary pressure receiving plate 18 as a reaction force, ultra-fast hardening cement for a tendon tension fixing portion 8 is injected into the hole 5 from the ground surface 1 to an area around an intermediate portion 6c of the tendon 6 excluding the tip 6a, from the immobile layer 4 to a moving layer 3 in a shallow portion of the ground to form the tendon tension fixing portion 8. 【課題】従来型のグラウンドアンカーの定着部で発生する集中応力発生による逐次破壊進行が起こらず、定着区間全体に略均等な応力が作用し、耐久性の向上を図れるグラウンドアンカー工法を提供する。【解決手段】地表面1から孔径40~400mmの孔5を地盤深部の不動層4まで削孔し、削孔後の孔5内にテンドン6を挿入し、不動層4の孔内でテンドン6の先端部6aの周囲にテンドン固定部7用のセメントを注入してテンドン固定部7を形成し、テンドン固定部7の形成後、地表面1に仮受圧板18を設置して、仮受圧板18を反力としてテンドン6を緊張した状態で、地表面1からテンドン6の先端部6aを除く中間部6cの周囲に不動層4から地盤浅部の移動層3にかけて孔5内にテンドン緊張定着部8用の超速硬セメントを注入してテンドン緊張定着部8を形成し、テンドン緊張定着部8の形成後、仮受圧板を撤去する。【選択図】図1
