GROUND ANCHOR FOR REINFORCING GUARD RAIL BRACE AND METHOD FOR MOUNTING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a ground anchor for reinforcing a guard rail post capable of reinforcing a supporting force of a guard rail post. According to the present invention, the ground anchor for reinforcing a guard rail post comprises: a wedge member including a front end part whose front end is sharp, a rear end part formed in the opposite side of the front end part and having a female screw part, and a spreading part formed at an inclined surface at an upward incline to the front end part from the rear end part between the front end part and the rear end part; a pile driving rod having a cross-sectional area smaller than the rear end part, and having a pile driving bolt which can be combined with a female screw part of the rear end part in one end; and an anchor pipe having an area larger than the area of the rear end part and smaller than the area of a part wherein the front end part of the wedge member is in contact with the spreading part, and wherein multiple pipe branches are formed by multiple notches at a predetermined length in one end and a connecting part is prepared in the other end. The anchor pipe is combined with the wedge member by the pile driving rod, after the wedge member is driven into the ground by using the pile driving rod, after the pile driving rod is removed, the anchor pipe is driven, and thereby multiple pipe branches of the anchor pipe are bent by the spreading part of the wedge member, divided, and penetrated into the surrounding ground. Therefore, a supporting force of a guard rail post is increased by drawing resistance of an anchor pipe.
본 발명은 가드레일 지주의 지지력을 보강하기 위한 가드레일 지주 보강용 지중 앵커에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 가드레일 지주 보강용 지중 앵커는, 선단이 뾰족한 선단부, 상기 선단부의 반대쪽에 형성되며 암나사부가 형성된 말단부, 및 상기 선단부와 말단부 사이에 상기 말단부에서 상기 선단부로 상향 경사진 경사면으로 형성되는 벌림부를 포함하는 쐐기 부재; 상기 말단부보다 작은 단면적을 가지며, 일단에 상기 말단부의 암나사부에 결합 가능한 항타 볼트가 형성된 항타봉; 및 상기 쐐기 부재의 선단부와 벌림부가 접하는 부분의 면적보다 작고 상기 말단부 면적보다 큰 면적을 가지며, 일단에는 일정 길이의 복수의 노치에 의해 복수의 파이프 가지가 형성되며 타단에는 연결부가 마련된 앵커 파이프;를 포함한다. 상기 앵커 파이프는 상기 항타봉에 의해 상기 쐐기 부재에 결합되며, 상기 항타봉을 이용하여 상기 쐐기 부재를 지반에 박은 뒤, 상기 항타봉을 제거한 후, 상기 앵커 파이프를 항타하여 박으면, 상기 앵커 파이프의 복수의 파이프 가지가 상기 쐐기 부재의 벌림부에 의해 절곡되며 분기되어 주위의 지반으로 침투된다. 그러면, 앵커 파이프의 인발 저항력에 의해 가드레일 지주의 지지력이 증가하게 된다.

The present invention relates to a ground anchor for reinforcing a guard rail post capable of reinforcing a supporting force of a guard rail post. According to the present invention, the ground anchor for reinforcing a guard rail post comprises: a wedge member including a front end part whose front end is sharp, a rear end part formed in the opposite side of the front end part and having a female screw part, and a spreading part formed at an inclined surface at an upward incline to the front end part from the rear end part between the front end part and the rear end part; a pile driving rod having a cross-sectional area smaller than the rear end part, and having a pile driving bolt which can be combined with a female screw part of the rear end part in one end; and an anchor pipe having an area larger than the area of the rear end part and smaller than the area of a part wherein the front end part of the wedge member is in contact with the spreading part, and wherein multiple pipe branches are formed by multiple notches at a predetermined length in one end and a connecting part is prepared in the other end. The anchor pipe is combined with the wedge member by the pile driving rod, after the wedge member is driven into the ground by using the pile driving rod, after the pile driving rod is removed, the anchor pipe is driven, and thereby multiple pipe branches of the anchor pipe are bent by the spreading part of the wedge member, divided, and penetrated into the surrounding ground. Therefore, a supporting force of a guard rail post is increased by drawing resistance of an anchor pipe.
본 발명은 가드레일 지주의 지지력을 보강하기 위한 가드레일 지주 보강용 지중 앵커에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 가드레일 지주 보강용 지중 앵커는, 선단이 뾰족한 선단부, 상기 선단부의 반대쪽에 형성되며 암나사부가 형성된 말단부, 및 상기 선단부와 말단부 사이에 상기 말단부에서 상기 선단부로 상향 경사진 경사면으로 형성되는 벌림부를 포함하는 쐐기 부재; 상기 말단부보다 작은 단면적을 가지며, 일단에 상기 말단부의 암나사부에 결합 가능한 항타 볼트가 형성된 항타봉; 및 상기 쐐기 부재의 선단부와 벌림부가 접하는 부분의 면적보다 작고 상기 말단부 면적보다 큰 면적을 가지며, 일단에는 일정 길이의 복수의 노치에 의해 복수의 파이프 가지가 형성되며 타단에는 연결부가 마련된 앵커 파이프;를 포함한다. 상기 앵커 파이프는 상기 항타봉에 의해 상기 쐐기 부재에 결합되며, 상기 항타봉을 이용하여 상기 쐐기 부재를 지반에 박은 뒤, 상기 항타봉을 제거한 후, 상기 앵커 파이프를 항타하여 박으면, 상기 앵커 파이프의 복수의 파이프 가지가 상기 쐐기 부재의 벌림부에 의해 절곡되며 분기되어 주위의 지반으로 침투된다. 그러면, 앵커 파이프의 인발 저항력에 의해 가드레일 지주의 지지력이 증가하게 된다.
