Guard rail with post reinforcing means and method for mounting the same
The present invention relates to a reinforcing means for a post in a guardrail and an installation method thereof, which reinforces and support a post in a guardrail constructed along a side surface of a road regardless of a shape of a ground, can be installed without any effects of surrounding facilities, and has a structure inserted into the ground to maximize support force of the post, thereby providing cushioning in a crash with a vehicle and preventing the vehicle in a crash from being tipped over. The reinforcing means for a post in a guardrail in accordance with the present invention is a reinforcing means for a post in a guardrail, which reinforces posts disposed at predetermined intervals along an edge of a road to have a lower end buried into the ground and an upper end joined to the guardrail and comprises: a pair of left and right fixing pipes buried into the ground; a post fixing plate having one side penetrated by and joined to the fixing pipes to accommodate the fixing pipes and the other side formed in a folded form to be buried into the ground; and a post fastener having one end bolted to the post fixing plate and the other end accommodating the post therein to support the post buried in the ground.
본 발명은 지반 형태와 상관없이 도로 노측면을 따라 시공되는 가드레일의 지주를 보강 지지하면서도 주변 시설물에 따른 영향없이 시공이 가능함과 아울러, 지반 삽입형 구조로 지주의 지지력을 극대화하여 차량 충돌에 대한 완충 및 전복사고를 방지토록 하는 가드레일 지주 보강재 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 도로의 가장자리를 따라 일정 간격으로 배치되며, 하단 부분이 지면에 매설되고 상단에 가드레일이 설치되는 지주를 보강하는 가드레일 지주 보강재로서, 지면에 매설되기 위한 좌우 한 쌍의 고정파이프와; 일측이 상기 고정파이프를 수용하도록 관통 결합되며, 타측은 지면에 매설되도록 절곡 형성되는 지주 고정판과; 일단은 상기 지주 고정판과 볼팅 결합 설치되며, 타단으로는 상기 지주를 내부로 연결 수용하면서 지면에 매설되는 지주를 지지하도록 설치되는 지주 연결구를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가드레일 지주 보강재를 개시한다.
