The present invention relates to a non-demolition type window only for remodeling for not demolishing a window frame which was installed on the existing, but installing a new window frame thereon by placing on the top of another, and for providing the clean appearance by finishing by installing indoor and outdoor finishing materials in the clearance space among an inside, an outside, and an opening of a new window frame. To achieve the purpose of the present invention, the non-demolition type window only for remodeling comprises: a new window frame (100) for remodeling installed on the existing window frame (10) by placing on the top of another; an indoor finishing material (200) installed inside the new window frame (100) to finish by blocking the inter-space with an opening (3); and an outdoor finishing material (300) installed outside the new window frame (100) to finish by blocking the inter-space with the opening (3). The present invention has effects of shortening the construction period and reducing additional installation costs by not demolishing a window frame which was installed on the existing but installing a new window frame thereon by placing on the top of another; and providing the clean appearance by finishing by installing indoor and outdoor finishing materials in the inter-space with an inside, an outside, and an opening of a new window frame.
본 발명은 기존에 설치되어 있던 창틀을 철거하지 않고 그 위에 신규창틀을 덧대어 설치하되, 신규창틀의 실내, 외측과 개구 사이의 틈새 공간에 실내,외측 마감재를 설치하여 마감 처리해줌으로써 말끔한 외관을 제공할 수 있도록 한 비철거식 개보수 전용 창호에 관한 것이다. 이를 실현하기 위한 본 발명은, 기존창틀(10) 위에 덧대어 설치되는 개보수용 신규창틀(100); 상기 신규창틀(100)의 실내측에 설치되어 개구(3)와의 사이 공간을 막아 마감해주는 실내측 마감재(200); 및 상기 신규창틀(100)의 실외측에 설치되어 개구(3)와의 사이 공간을 막아 마감해주는 실외측 마감재(300);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이와 같은 본 발명에 의하면, 기존에 설치되어 있던 창틀을 철거하지 않고 그 위에 신규창틀을 덧대어 설치함으로써 공사기간을 단축할 수 있으며, 추가적인 설치비용을 절감할 수 있다. 특히, 신규창틀의 실내, 외측면과 개구와의 사이 공간에 실내,외측 마감재를 설치하여 마감 처리해줌으로써 말끔한 외관을 제공할 수 있다.
