The present invention relates to a window/door coupling structure for remodeling. More particularly, the present invention provides a window frame and a window door on an upper side by providing an inner plate and an outer plate that provides an absorbing material attached to an outer surface of an existing window frame without separating the existing window frame fixed to a wall body of a building from the wall body and by providing a window frame assembly that connects a hanging recess provided at a lower portion of the window frame and a connecting member inserted into and fitted with a stopper recess on an upper side of the inner plate and the outer plate, in order to provide a window/door for a building for improving insulation and soundproof performance, improving anti-freezing performance, and increasing convenience efficiency for construction by using the present invention while being fixed to the wall body without disassembling the existing window frame of the window/door constructed on a concrete wall body of the building. Accordingly, the window frame fixed to the existing wall body does not need to be removed during a remodeling construction of the building, a problem of having to introduce a skilled worker and add a working time due to the removal of the existing window frame may be solved, the amount of the generated conventional wastes may be reduced because the existing window frame is not removed from the wall body, and working costs for remodeling may be reduced by reducing much time and a lot of costs according to reconstruction of the wall body, the bottom, and the ceiling of the building that are damaged when the existing window frame is removed from the wall body.
본 발명은 리모델링용 창호 결합구조에 관한 것으로, 좀더 상세하게는 건축물의 콘크리트 벽체에 시공된 창호의 기존창문틀을 분해하지 않고 벽체에 고정된 상태로 사용하여 단열, 방음성능 향상과 결로방지 향상 및 시공상의 편리성을 높이기 위한 건물용 창호를 마련가능케 하기 위해, 건축물의 벽체에 고정된 기존창틀을 벽체에서 분리시키지 않고 기존창틀의 외부면과 밀착되는 완충재를 내부에 마련하는 내판과 외판을 마련하고 상기 내판과 외판의 상부에는 창문틀의 하부에 마련한 걸홈과 걸림홈에 끼움결합하는 연결대를 연결하는 창틀조립체를 마련하도록 하여 상부로 창문틀과 창문짝을 마련하도록 하여, 건축물의 리모델링 공사시 기존 벽체에 고정된 창틀을 제거하기 위한 작업을 하지 않아도 되는 이점과 기존창틀의 제거에 따른 숙련된 작업자 투입과 작업시간이 추가되는 문제점을 해결하는 이점과 기존창틀을 벽체에서 제거하지 않아 종래의 폐기물 발생을 줄일 수 있는 이점과, 또 벽체에서 기존창틀을 제거시 발생하는 벽체, 바닥, 천장의 손상으로 인해 복구에 따른 많은 시간과 비용을 절감시키게 하여 리모델링을 하는 작업비용을 절감시킬 수 있는 이점이 있는 것이다.
The present invention relates to a window/door coupling structure for remodeling. More particularly, the present invention provides a window frame and a window door on an upper side by providing an inner plate and an outer plate that provides an absorbing material attached to an outer surface of an existing window frame without separating the existing window frame fixed to a wall body of a building from the wall body and by providing a window frame assembly that connects a hanging recess provided at a lower portion of the window frame and a connecting member inserted into and fitted with a stopper recess on an upper side of the inner plate and the outer plate, in order to provide a window/door for a building for improving insulation and soundproof performance, improving anti-freezing performance, and increasing convenience efficiency for construction by using the present invention while being fixed to the wall body without disassembling the existing window frame of the window/door constructed on a concrete wall body of the building.
