Disclosed is a fog dissipating means comprises: a heating member; a ventilation member; a condensation nucleus anion generation member: a dust collection member; a moisture removing filter member; and a housing. The heating member heats air by burning fuel to produce dry air, which also creates combustion particles that generate a condensation nucleus. The ventilation member is connected to the heating member through a connection pipe, receives the dry air and the condensation nucleus generated by the heating member, and sprays the dry air and the condensation nucleus from a long distance to an area where fog is frequently generated by using a high wind pressure. The condensation nucleus anion generation member is included on one interior side of the connection pipe connecting the heating member with the ventilation member, which generates an anion through a tourmaline, combines the generated anion with the condensation nucleus to produce a negative ionized condensation nucleus. The dust filter member is installed on a front end of the condensation nucleus anion generation member to filter dust substances in the dry air generated from the heating member. The moisture removing filter member is installed on a rear end of the ventilation member to remove moisture when air is sucked from an atmosphere. The heating member, the connection member, the ventilation member; the dust collection member, and the moisture removing filter member are mounted on an interior of the housing, and a fuel tank supplying fuel used to heat air by the heating member is included in the housing.
본 발명에 의하면, 연료의 연소를 통해 공기를 가열하여 건조공기를 생성하고 연료의 연소를 통해 발생하는 연소입자에 의한 응결핵을 생성하는 히팅부재; 히팅부재와 연결관으로 연결되어 히팅부재에서 생성된 건조공기와 응결핵을 전달받아 안개가 발생하는 지역에 강력한 풍압으로 원거리에 분사하는 송풍부재; 히팅부재와 송풍부재를 연결하는 연결관의 내부 일측에 구성되어 전기석을 통해 음이온을 생성하고 생성된 음이온과 응결핵을 결합하여 음이온화된 응결핵을 생성하는 응결핵음이온생성부재; 응결핵음이온생성부재 전단에 설치되어 히팅부재에서 발생하는 건조공기에서 나오는 분진물질을 필터링해주는 집진필터부재; 송풍부재의 후단에 형성되어 대기 중의 공기 흡입시 습기를 제거하는 습기제거필터부재; 및 히팅부재, 연결관, 송풍부재, 집진필터부재 및 습기제거필터부재가 내부에 장착 구성되며 히팅부재에서 공기를 가열하기 위한 연료를 공급하는 연료탱크가 구성되는 하우징을 포함하는 안개소산수단이 제공된다.
