The present invention provides a non-slip of stairs for an apartment house. The non-slip comprises: a non-slip (20); a steel plate (30); a squeegee (40); and magnets (50, 52). The non-slip (20) has a plurality of grooves (22) formed on the upper part thereof in parallel and has linear guide grooves (24a, 24b) formed in parallel along inner side surfaces (22a, 22b) of each groove (22). The steel plate (30) is installed on both side ends of the non-slip (20) to close both ends of each groove (22). The squeegee (40) comprises: a pair of semicircular protuberances (42an, 42b) protruding from both side surfaces (41a, 41b) to slide along linear guide grooves (24a, 24b); a steel plate close contact surface (43) in close contact with the steel plate (30); magnet insertion holes (43a, 43b) formed in the steel plate close contact surface (43) with a predetermined depth; air entering openings (43c, 43d) formed on edges of the magnet insertion holes (43a, 43b); a notch part (43n) formed on an edge of the upper end of the steel plate close contact surface (43); a slope surface (44) having a bottom edge part (44a) formed at an acute angle to be in contact with bottom surfaces of the grooves (22); and a concentration groove (44g) with a concave shape formed on a center of the slope surface (44) to collect foreign substances (26) stacked on the bottom surfaces of the grooves (22) into the center. The magnets (50, 52) are installed on the magnet insertion holes (43a, 43b) to be sucked by the steel plate (30) together with the squeeze (40).
본 발명은 논슬립의 홈에 낀 이물질 제거작업을 편리하게 할 수 있도록 한 공동주택용 계단 논슬립에 관한 것으로, 상부에 복수의 홈(22)이 평행하게 형성되고, 각각의 홈(22) 내측면(22a)(22b)을 따라 직선안내홈(24a)(24b)이 서로 평행하게 형성되는 논슬립(20); 논슬립(20)의 양쪽 단부에 설치되어 홈(22)의 양쪽 끝부분을 막는 철판(30); 양쪽 외측면(41a)(41b)으로부터 돌출되게 형성되어 직선안내홈(24a)(24b)을 따라 미끄러지는 한 쌍의 반원돌기(42a)(42b)와, 철판(30)에 밀착되는 철판밀착면(43)과, 철판밀착면(43)에 소정깊이로 형성되는 자석삽입구멍(43a)(43b)과, 자석삽입구멍(43a)(43b)의 가장자리에 형성되는 공기출입구(43c)(43d)과, 철판밀착면(43)의 상단 모서리에 형성되는 노치부(43n)와, 홈(22)의 바닥면에 접촉하는 예각(銳角)의 바닥에지부(44a)를 갖는 경사면(44)과, 경사면(44) 중앙에 형성되어 홈(22)의 바닥면에 쌓인 이물질(26)을 중앙으로 모으기 위한 오목한 결집홈(44g)을 갖는 스퀴지(40); 및 자석삽입구멍(43a)(43b)에 설치되어 스퀴지(40)와 함께 철판(30)에 흡착되는 자석(50)(52)을 포함한다.
