The present invention relates to an apartment-use stairway non-slip capable of conveniently replacing a worn slip-prevention surface thereof, comprising: an angle prop installed in a stair nosing where a stair rise (22) and a stair landing (24) of a stair (20) meet; a regular polygonal prism-shaped rotary non-slip (40) supported by the angle prop (30) and having a plurality of slip-prevention surfaces (40a, 40b, 40c, 40d); a rotary shaft (42) installed in the center of the rotary non-slip (40); side plates (50, 60) installed on both sides of the angle prop (30) and closely attached to both cross sections of the rotary non-slip (40); inclined long slits (52, 62) diagonally formed with respect to the side plates (50, 60); sliders (54, 64) supporting both ends of the rotary shaft (42), exposing and hiding the rotary non-slip (40) by obliquely sliding along the inclined long slits (52, 62); latch guide walls (56, 66) crossing with the inclined long slits (52, 62), formed in parallel with the side plates (50, 60) and having horizontal guide grooves (56g, 66g) therebetween; latches (70, 80) latched to an upper end or lower end of the sliders (54, 64) while moving forward and backward along the horizontal guide grooves (56g, 66g); and elastic latch pieces (72, 74) formed respectively to upper and lower parts of the latches (70, 80) and having latch grooves (72g, 74g) to maintain latching of the sliders (54, 64).
본 발명은 마모된 미끄럼방지면을 논슬립의 회전에 의해 편리하게 교체할 수 있도록 한 공동주택용 계단 논슬립에 관한 것으로, 계단(20)의 챌면(22)과 디딤면(24)이 만나는 모서리부위의 계단코에 설치되고, 상부와 정면이 개방된 앵글받침판(30); 앵글받침판(30)에 지지되고, 복수의 미끄럼방지면(40a)(40b)(40c)(40d)을 갖는 정다각기둥 형태의 회전논슬립(40); 회전논슬립(40)의 중심에 설치되는 회전축(42); 앵글받침판(30)의 좌우측에 설치되어 회전논슬립(40)의 양쪽 단면에 밀착되는 측판(50)(60); 측판(50)(60)에 각각 사선방향으로 형성되는 경사장공(52)(62); 회전축(42)의 양단을 각각 지지한 채 경사장공(52)(62)을 따라 사선방향으로 미끄러지면서 회전논슬립(40)을 출몰시키는 슬라이더(54)(64); 경사장공(52)(62)과 교차하고, 측판(50)(60)에 나란하게 형성되어 그 사이에 수평안내홈(56g)(66g)을 갖는 래치안내벽(56)(66); 수평안내홈(56g)(66g)을 따라 전후방향으로 움직이면서 슬라이더(54)(64)의 상단 또는 하단에 걸리는 래치(70)(80); 및 래치(70)(80)의 상하부에 각각 형성되어 슬라이더(54)(64)의 걸림을 유지하는 걸림홈(72g)(74g)을 갖는 탄성걸림편(72)(74)을 포함한다.
