ASPHALT CONCRETE COMPOSITION HAVING WATERPROOF FUNCTION AND CONSTRUCTING METHODS USING THEREOF
Provided are an asphalt concrete composition and a construction method using the same. The asphalt concrete composition comprises, per 100 parts by weight of an asphalt mixture, 50-1,000 parts by weight of aggregate,10-80 parts by weight of a polymeric resin, 20-50 parts by weight of crosslinked polyacrylate salt, 30-60 parts by weight of a binder resin, 10-50 parts by weight of silica sand, 2-30 parts by weight of a hardening agent, 10-50 parts by weight of an anti-deformation agent, 5-30 parts by weight of an anti-stripping agent, 3-20 parts by weight of an antioxidant, and 2-15 parts by weight of a filler. The asphalt concrete composition according to the present invention does not easily cause plastic deformation, aging, and/or stripping, prevents infiltration of water and a pothole, reduces noise, and facilitates low-cost road paving.
본 발명은 본 발명은 아스팔트 100중량부를 기준으로, 골재 50 내지 1,000중량부; 고분자 수지 10 내지 80중량부; 가교된 폴리아크릴레이트 염 20 내지 50중량부; 바인더 수지 30 내지 60중량부; 규사 10 내지 50중량부; 경화제 2 내지 30중량부; 변형방지제 10 내지 50중량부; 박리방지제 5 내지 30중량부; 산화방지제 3 내지 20중량부; 및 충진제 2 내지 15중량부를 포함하는 아스팔트 콘크리트 조성물 및 이의 시공방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 아스팔트 콘크리트 조성물은 소성변형, 노화 및/또는 박리가 쉽게 발생하지 않으면서도, 침투수 및 포트홀을 방지하고, 소음을 저감하며, 저비용으로 도로포장을 수행할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Provided are an asphalt concrete composition and a construction method using the same.
