LDPE SIS Waterproof Asphalt Concrete Composition Comprising LDPE and SIS and Constructing Methods Using Thereof
The present invention provides a waterproofing asphalt concrete composition and a construction method thereof. The waterproofing asphalt concrete composition, with respect to 100 parts by weight of asphalt, comprises: 10 to 50 parts by weight of low density polyethylene (LDPE); 5 to 20 parts by weight of styrene isoprene styrene (SIS); 1 to 10 parts by weight of styrene butadiene styrene; 3 to 20 parts by weight of ethylene vinyl acetate; 10 to 60 parts by weight of waste tire powder; 1 to 10 parts by weight of a performance enhancer; 10 to 40 parts by weight of biomass; 1 to 20 parts by weight of a temperature sensitive reinforcing agent; 3 to 20 parts by weight of nano ceramic particles; 1 to 5 parts by weight of a compatibilizing agent; 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of an antioxidant; 1 to 10 parts by weight of a surfactant; 1 to 10 parts by weight of an attachment promoter; and 1 to 15 parts by weight of a stabilizer. According to the present invention, the waterproofing asphalt concrete composition comprising LDPE and SIS has high cohesive force and high binding force, thereby having superior waterproofing properties, excellent durability, less plastic deformation, and less aging and/or delamination, prevents infiltrating water and pot holes, reduces noise, facilitates placing construction at low costs, and ensures a performance grade thereof to be a high grade (PG 82-34).
본 발명은 아스팔트 100중량부 기준으로, 저밀도 폴리에틸렌 10 내지 50중량부; 스티렌이소프렌스티렌 5 내지 20중량부; 스티렌부타디엔스티렌 1 내지 10중량부; 에틸렌비닐아세테이트 3 내지 20중량부; 폐타이어 분말 10 내지 60중량부; 성능개선제 1 내지 10중량부; 바이오매스 10 내지 40중량부; 감온성 보강제 1 내지 20중량부; 나노세라믹 입자 3 내지 20중량부; 상용화제 1 내지 5중량부; 산화방지제 0.1 내지 5중량부; 계면활성제 1 내지 10중량부; 부착증진제 1 내지 10중량부; 및 안정제 1 내지 15중량부를 포함하는 방수 아스팔트 콘크리트 조성물 및 이의 시공방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 LDPE 및 SIS를 포함하는 방수 아스팔트 콘크리트 조성물은 고응집력과 고결합력을 구비하여 방수성이 우수하고, 내구성이 좋고, 소성변형, 노화 및/또는 박리가 쉽게 발생하지 않으면서도, 침투수 및 포트홀을 방지하고, 소음을 저감하며, 저비용으로 타설공정을 용이하게 수행할 수 있도록 하는 등의 효과가 있고 PG 등급성능이 고등급(PG 82-34)인 공용성 등급의 방수 아스팔트 콘크리트 조성물 및 이를 이용한 시공방법을 제공한다.

The present invention provides a waterproofing asphalt concrete composition and a construction method thereof.
