JACK-UP APPARATUS FOR ROOF STRUCTURE HAVING LIFTING UNIT AND JACK-UP METHOD FOR ROOF USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a jack-up device for a roof structure including a lifting unit. The jack-up device for the roof structure comprises: a guide rail installed in the ground under the roof structure of a building; and a lifting unit installed to move along a guide rail and formed in order for a vertical length to be controlled, wherein the lifting unit jacks up the roof structure in accordance to an increase of a length while being connected to a lower surface of the roof structure. A jack-up method for the roof structure using the jack-up device comprises: a step of installing a guide rail in the ground under the roof structure of the building; a step of installing the lifting unit in the guide rail wherein the lifting unit is formed in order for the vertical length to be controlled, and moves along the guide rail; a step of transferring the lifting unit to a standard position; a step of supporting the lower surface of the roof structure by the lifting unit; a step of dismantling a connection unit between the roof structure and a pillar; a step of jacking up the roof structure by increasing the length of the lifting unit; a step of extending a height of the pillar; a step of connecting the connection unit of the roof structure and the extended pillar; and a step of restoring the lifting unit.
본 발명에 따른 리프팅유닛을 포함하는 지붕 구조물 상향장치는, 건축물의 지붕 구조물 하부 지반에 설치되는 가이드레일 및 상기 가이드레일을 따라 이동되도록 설치되며, 상하 길이 조절되도록 형성되어, 상기 지붕 구조물의 하면에 접촉된 상태로 길이가 증가됨에 따라 상기 지붕 구조물을 상향시키는 리프팅유닛을 포함한다. 그리고 이를 이용한 지붕 구조물 상향방법은, 건축물의 지붕 구조물 하부 지반에 가이드레일을 설치하는 단계, 상기 가이드레일을 따라 이동되고, 상하 길이 조절되도록 형성된 리프팅유닛을 상기 가이드레일에 설치하는 단계, 상기 리프팅유닛을 기준위치로 이송시키는 단계, 상기 리프팅유닛으로 상기 지붕 구조물의 하면을 지지하는 단계, 상기 지붕 구조물과 기둥의 연결부를 해체하는 단계, 상기 리프팅유닛의 길이를 증가시켜 상기 지붕 구조물을 상향시키는 단계, 상기 기둥의 높이를 연장하는 단계, 상기 지붕 구조물과 상기 연장된 기둥의 연결부를 체결하는 단계 및 상기 리프팅유닛을 복원시키는 단계를 포함한다.
