The present invention relates to a lifting device provided to a jack-up rig. More specifically, the present invention relates to the lifting device using a jack-up nut where screw threads are processed inside a lifting system of the jack-up rig. According to the present invention, the lifting device of the jack-up rig using the jack-up nut uses one rotating nut by replacing a plurality of pinion gears receiving a longitudinal force of a driving system of the existing lifting device in order to efficiently distribute vertical load applied by a planar platform, thereby removing a reverse-rotation preventing device of a gear or an additional device of urgent stop devices to reduce an installation space.
본 발명은 잭업 리그에 마련되는 승강 장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 잭업 리그의 승강 시스템에 내부에 나사산이 가공된 잭업 너트를 이용한 승강 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 잭업 너트를 이용한 잭업 리그의 승강 장치는 상기의 종래의 승강장치의 구동시스템의 세로방향으로 힘을 받는 복수개의 피니언기어를 대체하여 회전하는 형태로 구동하는 하나의 너트를 사용함으로써, 평판의 플랫폼이 가하는 수직하중을 효율적으로 분산시킬 수 있으며, 이로 인해 기어의 역회전 방지 장치나 긴급 멈춤 장치들의 부가장치가 불필요하여 설치공간을 절약할 수 있다는 장점이 있다.
