FRAME CORNER PORTION ASSEMBLE STRUCTURE OF UN DEFORMED
The present invention relates to an undeformed frame corner part combining structure and, specifically, to a method for manufacturing a frame for a window using a force natural generated by structural features according to a combining method of a corner part without performing bolting or corner clamping when a corner part wherein a horizontal frame and a vertical frame of a frame for various windows meet is combined. The present invention has effects of firmly combining a horizontal frame and a vertical frame even in a simple combining method by using a supporting force of a reinforcing device fitted and combined with a corner part and a tensile force by a net (for example, an insect net, a crime prevention net, or the like) installed in a frame; improving structural reliability of a frame for a window without not only easily manufacturing a frame for a window with simple manual labor, but also deforming a combining part of each frame when the frame for window is combined while not performing additional process without separate facilities; and improving reliability and competitiveness in not only a window filed, specifically, a filed related to a combining structure of a frame for a window, but also a similar and related field.
이 발명은 무변형 프레임 코너부 결합구조에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 각종 창호용 프레임의 가로프레임과 세로프레임이 만나는 코너부를 결합함에 있어, 볼팅(Bolting)이나 코너클램핑(Corner clamping) 작업을 수행하지 않고, 코너부의 결합방식에 따른 구조적 특징에 의해 자연적으로 발생되는 힘을 이용하여 창호용 프레임을 제작할 수 있도록 한 것이다. 특히, 이 발명은 프레임에 설치되는 창호용 망(예를 들어 방충망, 방범망 등)에 의한 인장력과, 코너부에 끼움결합되는 보강구의 지지력을 이용함으로써, 단순결합방식으로도 가로프레임과 세로프레임을 견고하게 결합할 수 있다. 이에, 이 발명은 별도의 설비나 추가공정을 수행하지 않으면서, 간단한 수작업 만으로도 용이하게 창호용 프레임을 제작할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 창호용 프레임의 결합시 각 프레임의 결합부를 변형시키지 않도록 함으로써, 창호용 프레임의 구조적 신뢰성을 향상시킬 수 있다. 따라서, 창호분야, 특히 창호용 프레임의 결합구조에 관한 분야는 물론, 이와 유사 내지 연관된 분야에서 신뢰성 및 경쟁력을 향상시킬 수 있다.
