The present invention relates to a joint structure of an undeformed frame corner portion, which comprises: a guide connector (110) having guide pieces (111) formed symmetrically for accommodating a corner angle of a frame (1), wherein end portions of the guide pieces (111) are bent to form guide inclined grooves (112) respectively; and a pressurizing connector (120) having pressurizing pieces (121) which come in close contact with and are fixed to the guide pieces (111) of the guide connector (110), wherein both sides of the pressurizing pieces (121) are bent to form pressurizing inclined protrusion units (122) respectively which are to be inserted into the guide inclined grooves (112) of the guide pieces (111). The pressurizing connector (120) has support end portions (125) formed inclinedly at both sides thereof, wherein the support end portions (125) are pressed in a path of the frame (1) and have pressurizing screw holes (124) in the center thereof and a pressurizing bolt (123) passing through the pressurizing screw hole (124) is disposed to pressurize a support groove (113) of the guide connector (110). Therefore, the pressurizing inclined protrusion unit of the pressurizing piece is expanded in the path of the frame while passing through the guide inclined groove of the guide piece, thereby pressing the support end portion in to maintain a firm state of engagement, so that a complete state of joint can be continuously maintained. Accordingly, an assembling process can be simplified to enhance work efficiency and maximize assembling strength, thereby continuously maintaining the complete state of joint.
본 발명은 무변형 프레임 코너부 결합구조에 관한 것으로, 프레임(1)의 코너 각도를 수용하도록 가이드편(111)을 대칭으로 형성하되 가이드편(111)의 단부를 절곡하여 가이드경사홈(112)을 각각 형성시킨 가이드연결구(110)와, 상기 가이드연결구(110)의 가이드편(111)에 가압편(121)을 밀착시켜 고정시키되 가압편(121)의 양측을 절곡하여 가이드편(111)의 가이드경사홈(112)에 삽입하는 가압경사돌부(122)를 각각 형성시킨 가압연결구(120)로 구성하되, 상기 가압연결구(120)는 양측에 지지단부(125)를 경사지게 형성하여 지지단부(125)가 프레임(1)의 통로(10)에 압입하도록 하고, 중앙에 가압나사공(124)을 천공하고 가압나사공(124)을 관통하는 가압볼트(123)를 구비하여 가이드연결구(110)의 지지홈(113)을 가압하도록 구성하므로, 가이드편의 가이드경사홈에 가압편의 가압경사돌부가 빠져나오면서 프레임의 통로에서 팽창함과 동시에 지지단부가 압입되어 견고한 걸림 상태를 유지하므로 완벽한 결합상태를 지속적으로 유지할 수 있도록 하는 것으로, 이로 인하여 조립 공정을 단순화하여 작업효율 향상시킬 뿐만 아니라 조립강도를 극대화하므로 완벽한 결합상태를 지속적으로 유지할 수 있도록 하는 것이다.

Therefore, the pressurizing inclined protrusion unit of the pressurizing piece is expanded in the path of the frame while passing through the guide inclined groove of the guide piece, thereby pressing the support end portion in to maintain a firm state of engagement, so that a complete state of joint can be continuously maintained. Accordingly, an assembling process can be simplified to enhance work efficiency and maximize assembling strength, thereby continuously maintaining the complete state of joint.
