The present invention relates to a sliding cover for a common duct of a tunnel to facilitate the maintenance and repair, capable of opening and closing a cover of a common duct with less power and safely protecting workers and pedestrians by informing drivers of vehicles running in a tunnel and the pedestrians of the fact that the tunnel is under construction. According to the present invention, the sliding cover for a common duct of a tunnel to facilitate the maintenance and repair comprises: H-beam rails (10) installed in both sides of an access door of a common duct constructed in a tunnel; and a cover (20) installed in the rails to be slid to open and close the access door. The cover comprises: a cover body (30) having a plate shape to open and close the access door and having a sign receiving groove (31) on the top and a safety cover receiving groove (32) opened in a specific direction therein; wheels (33) installed in both sides of the cover body to move on the rails; a sign (40) having a plate shape and erected outside the sign receiving groove of the cover body to display the fact that the tunnel is under construction by connecting a road side to the receiving groove by hinges; a link (42) having both sides connected to the sign receiving groove and the sign to be rotated to support the sign in the erected state; a fluorescent sheet (41) attached to the surface of the sign; and a safety cover (50) mounted on the safety cover receiving groove to be retractable to close the access door when the access door is opened by the cover body.
본 발명은 유지보수가 용이한 터널용 공동구의 미닫이 덮개에 관한 것으로, 공동구 덮개를 적은 힘으로 개폐할 수 있고 터널을 주행하는 차량의 운전자 및 보행자에게 작업 중을 알려주어 작업자와 보행자를 안전하게 보호함을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명에 의한 유지보수가 용이한 터널용 공동구의 미닫이 덮개는, 터널에 시공되는 공동구의 작업구 양측에 설치되는 H 빔 형태의 레일(10)과; 상기 레일에 슬라이딩 가능하게 설치되어 상기 작업구를 개폐하는 덮개(20)를 포함하고, 상기 덮개는, 상기 작업구를 개폐하는 판상이면서 상면에는 표시판 수납홈(31)이 형성되는 한편 내부에는 일측을 향해 개방된 안전덮개 수납홈(32)이 구비된 덮개 본체(30), 상기 덮개 본체의 양측에 각각 설치되며 상기 레일을 따라 이동하는 바퀴(33), 판상으로 이루어지며 도로측이 상기 덮개 본체의 표시판 수납홈에 힌지 연결되어 상기 수납홈의 외부에 세워짐으로써 작업 중을 표시하는 표시판(40), 양측이 상기 표시판 수납홈과 상기 표시판에 각각 회동 가능하게 연결되며 상기 표시판을 세워진 상태로 지지하는 링크(42), 상기 표시판의 표면에 부착되는 형광시트(41), 상기 안전덮개 수납홈에 출몰 가능하게 장착되며 상기 덮개 본체에 의해 상기 작업구가 개방되는 경우 상기 작업구를 덮는 안전덮개(50)를 포함한다.
The present invention relates to a sliding cover for a common duct of a tunnel to facilitate the maintenance and repair, capable of opening and closing a cover of a common duct with less power and safely protecting workers and pedestrians by informing drivers of vehicles running in a tunnel and the pedestrians of the fact that the tunnel is under construction. According to the present invention, the sliding cover for a common duct of a tunnel to facilitate the maintenance and repair comprises: H-beam rails (10) installed in both sides of an access door of a common duct constructed in a tunnel; and a cover (20) installed in the rails to be slid to open and close the access door. The cover comprises: a cover body (30) having a plate shape to open and close the access door and having a sign receiving groove (31) on the top and a safety cover receiving groove (32) opened in a specific direction therein; wheels (33) installed in both sides of the cover body to move on the rails; a sign (40) having a plate shape and erected outside the sign receiving groove of the cover body to display the fact that the tunnel is under construction by connecting a road side to the receiving groove by hinges; a link (42) having both sides connected to the sign receiving groove and the sign to be rotated to support the sign in the erected state; a fluorescent sheet (41) attached to the surface of the sign; and a safety cover (50) mounted on the safety cover receiving groove to be retractable to close the access door when the access door is opened by the cover body.
