FIXING STRUCTURE FOR MAIN BADY OF HYDRAULIC BREAKER
The present invention relates to a structure to fixate a main body of a hydraulic breaker, having an improved structure pressurizing and supporting a first fixated plate and a second fixated plate using a bolting pressurizing method in every direction of the main body when work to fixate the main body to the hydraulic breaker is performed; thereby allowing re-adjustment work without requiring disassembly of the main body and bracket. The structure to fixate the main body for the hydraulic breaker comprises: the main body (100); the bracket (200); the first fixated plate (410); the second fixated plate (420); fixated blocks (300); an adjusting bolt (500); and a supporting plate (250). The main body (100) has a chisel (150) mounted on a lower part thereof. The bracket (200) is coupled to cover an outer periphery of a lower part of the main body (100). The first fixated plate (410) and the second fixated plate (420) are coupled to be interposed between each inner side surface of the bracket (200) and each outer side surface of the main body (100). The fixated blocks (300) are coupled to the outside of the second fixated plate (420) through the outside of the bracket (200). The adjusting bolt (500) passes through the fixated blocks (300) to be coupled, and has an end in contact with the outer side surface of the second fixated plate (420). The support plate (250) is integrally coupled to a lower end of the bracket (200) to support the lower part of the main body (100). The first fixated plate (410) comprises: a protrusion part (412) protruding from one side surface to the outside, and a reception part (415) formed on an edge of one side to receive the rim of the second fixated plate (420).
본 발명은 유압 브레이커용 본체의 고정작업시 본체의 사방에서 볼팅 가압 방식으로 제1,2고정플레이트를 가압 지지하여 본체와 브라켓의 분해 작업없이도 재조정작업이 가능하도록 그 구조가 개선된 유압 브레이커의 본체 고정구조체에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 유압 브레이커의 본체 고정구조체는 하부에 치즐(150)이 장착되는 본체(100)와; 상기 본체(100)의 하부 외측 둘레를 감싸도록 결합되는 브라켓(200)과; 상기 브라켓(200)의 각 내측면과 본체(100)의 각 외측면 사이에 개재되도록 결합되는 제1,2고정플레이트(410,420)와; 상기 브라켓(200)의 외측을 통해 상기 각 제2고정플레이트(420)의 외측에 결합되는 고정블록(300)과; 상기 고정블록(300)을 관통하여 체결되고 단부가 상기 제2고정플레이트(420)의 외측면과 접촉되는 조정볼트(500); 및 상기 본체(100)의 하부를 지지하도록 상기 브라켓(200)의 하단부와 일체로 결합되는 지지플레이트(250);를 포함하여 구성되고, 상기 제1고정플레이트(410)는 일측면에 외측으로 돌출되도록 형성되는 돌출부(412)와, 일측 가장자리에 형성되어 상기 제2고정플레이트(420)의 테두리가 수용되도록 형성되는 수용부(415)를 구비한 것을 특징으로 한다.
