Fixing structure for sensor of hydraulic breaker
The present invention relates to a fixing structure for a sensor of a hydraulic breaker which is able to fix the sensor firmly on an outer side of a cylinder of the hydraulic breaker by using a vibration-proof structure, to prevent the sensor from being displaced following an external impact or vibration generated when the hydraulic breaker operates, to prevent the sensor from being damaged due to the impact, and to have an improved structure. According to the present invention, the fixing structure for the sensor of the hydraulic breaker comprises: a communication hole formed to allow an outer side and an inner side of the cylinder of the hydraulic breaker to communicate with each other, and to have a screw engagement unit with a female screw thread formed on the inner circumferential surface; the sensor which has a screw unit formed on the outer circumferential surface and a cable connected by a connector unit on the other end unit to be fastened with the screw engagement unit of the communication hole by a screw; a cap unit which has an accommodation unit covering the connector unit of the sensor, and a penetrating hole formed in the center to allow the cable to pass through; a vibration-proof member made of soft materials, which includes a flange unit formed to be extended to both sides of the cap unit and to have an engagement hole formed to be engaged with an outer wall of the cylinder with the communication hole by an engagement means; and an airtight means which keeps the airtightness of a gap between the sensor and the cap unit. The engagement means includes: a vibration-proof adapter which is fixed on the inner circumferential surface of the engagement hole and which has a fastening hole formed in the center to have a fixing bolt fastened by a screw; and the fixing bolt whose one end unit is fastened with fastening hole and the cylinder.
본 발명은 방진구조를 이용하여 센서를 유압브레이커의 실린더 외측에 견고하게 고정시킴으로써, 유압브레이커의 작동시 발생되는 외부 충격이나 진동에 따른 센서의 이탈을 방지할 수 있으며, 충격으로 인한 센서의 파손을 방지하도록 그 구조가 개선된 유압브레이커용 센서 고정구조체에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 유압브레이커의 실린더 외측과 내부가 연통되도록 형성되고 내주면에 암나사산이 형성된 나사결합부가 마련된 연통홀과; 상기 연통홀의 나사결합부 내에 나사 체결되도록 결합되도록 외주면에 나사부가 형성되고 타단부에 케이블이 커넥터부에 의해 연결된 센서와; 상기 센서의 커넥터부를 감싸는 형태의 수용부가 형성되고 중앙에 상기 케이블이 관통되도록 통공이 형성된 캡부와, 상기 캡부의 좌,우 양측으로 연장되도록 형성되고 상기 연통홀이 형성된 실린더의 외측벽에 결합수단에 의해 결합되도록 결합공이 형성된 플랜지부로 구성된 연질소재의 방진부재; 및 상기 센서와 캡부 사이의 틈새 기밀을 유지하는 기밀수단;을 포함하되, 상기 결합수단은 상기 결합공의 내주면에 고정되고 중앙에 고정볼트가 나사 체결되도록 체결공이 형성된 방진아답터와, 일단부가 상기 체결공과 상기 실린더에 체결되는 고정볼트를 포함하여 이루어진다.
