STOPPER DRIVING APPARATUS OF SLIDING WINDOWS
The present invention relates to a stopper operating device of sliding windows, capable of maintaining a beautiful appearance by reclaiming a stopper in a window frame, avoiding interruption by the stopper when cleaning the window frame, and minimizing noise from an impact between the window and the stopper while solving the inconvenience of a user; and repeatedly moving the window by preventing the window from moving in a closing direction by minimizing a reaction force by the impact. The stopper operating device comprises: a case installed in the window frame; a moving bar installed in the case, horizontally moving by being pressurized by the window; a moving shaft integrated with the moving bar, including an air compression air fixed thereto; a pneumatic cylinder including a pneumatic chamber compressing inner air; a coil spring separating a moving bar from the pneumatic cylinder; a horizontal guide member consecutively formed on an end of the moving shaft; a guide body guiding the horizontal guide member by being formed on an end of the pneumatic cylinder; a vertical guide member installed in the case to vertically move; a rack gear placed on an end of the vertical guide member; a panel spring having an end fixated to the horizontal guide member, having the other end fixated to the vertical guide member; a plurality of support rollers supporting a connection member; and a stopper rotating between a protruding position, performing a stopper function by protruding from the case, and a waiting position inserted into the case.
본 발명은 스토퍼를 창틀 내부에 매립 설치하여 외관을 미려하게 유지할 수 있고, 창틀의 청소시 스토퍼에 의해 방해되지 않으며, 창문과 스토퍼의 충돌시 충격소음을 최소화할 수 있음과 동시에, 충돌에 의한 반력을 최소화하여 창문이 다시 닫힘방향으로 이동하는 것을 방지함으로써 사용자가 창문을 재차 이동시켜야 하는 번거로움을 해소할 수 있는 미닫이 창호의 스토퍼 구동장치를 제공한다. 본 발명의 미닫이 창호의 스토퍼 구동장치는, 창틀 내부에 설치되는 케이스와, 케이스 내의 설치되고 창문에 가압되어 수평이동하는 이동바와, 이동바에 일체로 연결되고 공기압축링이 고정된 이동축과, 내부공기가 압축되는 공기압실을 구비하는 공기압실린더와, 이동바를 공기압실린더로부터 이격시키는 코일스프링과, 이동축의 끝단에 연이어 형성된 수평가이드부재와, 공기압실린더의 끝단에 연이어 형성되어 수평가이드부재를 안내하는 가이드통체와, 케이스 내에 수직이동 가능하게 설치된 수직가이드부재와, 수직가이드부재의 끝단에 구비된 래크기어와, 일단은 수평가이드부재에 고정되고, 타단은 수직가이드부재에 고정된 판스프링과, 연결부재를 지지하도록 된 복수개의 지지롤러와, 케이스 내에 삽입되는 대기위치와 케이스로부터 돌출하여 스토퍼기능을 수행하는 돌출위치 사이에서 회전하는 스토퍼를 포함하여 이루어진다.
