본 발명은 냉장고 도어의 조작시 솔레노이드 유닛의 로드가 직선운동하며, 이와 연동하여 회전되는 가압부재의 곡면과 접촉하는 상태로 상기 도어의 개방이 점진적으로 이루어지는 냉장고 도어 개방 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 실시예는, 장공간을 형성하는 캐비닛에 구비되며, 통전시 직선 이동되는 로드가 구비되는 솔레노이드 유닛; 상기 로드와 연결되며, 상기 로드의 직선운동에 의해 회전되어 냉장고 도어를 밀어 개방하는 가압부재; 상기 가압부재가 상기 로드에 회동 가능하게 결합되도록 하는 연결축; 상기 연결축이 장착되는 상기 가압부재의 일측과 상기 도어와 접하는 가압부재의 일측 사이에 제공되며, 상기 가압부재의 회전 중심이 되는 고정축; 및 상기 로드에 제공되어 상기 로드의 이동시 압축되며, 탄성 복원력에 의해 상기 로드를 복귀시키는 탄성부재를 포함하며, 상기 가압부재에는 곡률을 가지는 캠 형상으로 형성되며, 상기 가압부재의 회전시 상기 도어와 접하는 라운드부가 형성된다. 이와 같은 구성의 본 발명에 의하면 사용 편의성 및 조작성이 향상되는 이점이 있다.
