According to an embodiment of the present invention, disclosed are a refrigerator and a refrigerator door opening apparatus. The refrigerator comprises: a cabinet forming a storage space; a door configured to open and close the storage space; a panel installed on a front surface of the door to form an external appearance; a door handle provided in the panel and operable to open the door; and a door opening apparatus provided in the panel, coupled to the door handle, and configured to assist in opening the door. The door opening apparatus comprises: a main module installed inside the panel and configured to protrude backward from the panel according to the operation of the door handle; and a sub-module provided at an end portion of the door corresponding to the main module and configured to protrude backward in conjunction with the main module to push the cabinet and open the door.
본 발명의 실시 예는 냉장고 및 냉장고 도어 개방장치에 관한 것으로, 저장공간을 형성하는 캐비닛; 상기 저장공간을 개폐하는 도어;상기 도어의 전면에 장착되며, 외장을 형성하는 패널; 상기 패널에 구비되며, 상기 도어의 개방을 위해 조작되는 도어 핸들; 상기 패널에 구비되며, 상기 도어 핸들과 결합되어 상기 도어의 개방을 보조하는 도어 개방장치를 포함하며, 상기 도어 개방장치는, 상기 패널의 내측에 장착되며, 상기 도어 핸들의 조작에 따라 패널의 후방으로 돌출되는 메인 모듈과; 상기 메인 모듈과 대응하는 상기 도어의 단부에 구비되며, 상기 메인 모듈과 연동하여 후방으로 돌출되어 상기 캐비닛을 밀어 상기 도어를 개방시키는 서브 모듈을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
