SLUICE GATE EQUIPPED WITH WEDGED AUXILIARY COVER FOR WATERTIGHT
The present invention relates to a sluice gate including a wedged watertight assisting cover capable of forming a stable watertight structure between a gate leaf and a gate frame while simplifying a structure of the frame. To achieve this purpose, the present invention comprises: a gate frame comprising a frame body and a gate leaf guide supporting an elevation of the gate leaf by being formed in the frame body; the gate leaf opening and closing an opening while moving up and down while being supported by the gate leaf guide; a first protruding member vertically extended from both left and right sides of an inner front surface of the gate leaf; and a watertight assisting cover installed in the gate leaf guide, and pressurizing the gate leaf while being rotated by an interference of the gate leaf when the gate leaf falls. The watertight assisting cover comprises: a seesaw type reaction member combined with the gate leaf guide to face the gate leaf in front of the gate leaf but including a rotation combination part, curved in both sides and combined with the gate leaf guide by a horizontal rotation shaft; a second protruding member protruding from both left and right sides of the seesaw type reaction member towards the gate leaf in order to pressurize the first protruding member while being attached to the first protruding member by facing the first protruding member when the opening is closed by the gate leaf; and an elastic member connecting the seesaw type reaction member and the frame body, but elastically supporting the seesaw type reaction member to rotate a bottom of the seesaw type reaction member around the rotation shaft towards the gate leaf.
본 발명은 쐐기형태의 수밀보조덮개를 가지는 수문에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 문비와 문틀의 사이에 안정적인 수밀구조가 형성될 수 있도록 하면서 문틀의 구조를 단순화한 쐐기형태의 수밀보조덮개를 가지는 수문을 제공함에 있다. 이를 위한 본 발명은 문틀 본체와, 상기 문틀 본체에 형성되어 문비의 승하강을 지지하는 문비 가이드로 이루어진 문틀; 상기 문비 가이드에 지지된 채로 상하로 이동하면서 개구를 개폐하는 문비; 상기 문비의 내수측 전면 좌우 양측에서 수직 방향으로 연장되게 형성된 제1돌출부재; 및 상기 문비 가이드에 설치되며, 문비의 하강시 문비와의 간섭에 의해 회전하면서 문비를 가압하는 수밀보조덮개;를 포함하되, 상기 수밀보조덮개는, 상기 문비의 전방에서 문비와 마주하도록 문비 가이드에 결합되되, 좌우 양측에 절곡 형성된 회전결합부가 수평한 회전축에 의해 문비 가이드에 결합된 시소형 반응부재; 상기 문비에 의한 개구의 폐쇄시 상기 제1돌출부재와 마주하여 밀착되면서 제1돌출부재를 가압하도록 상기 시소형 반응부재의 좌우 양측에서 문비 방향으로 돌출되게 형성된 제2돌출부재; 및 상기 시소형 반응부재와 문틀 본체를 연결하되, 상기 회전축을 기준으로 시소형 반응부재의 하단부가 문비 방향으로 회전하도록 시소형 반응부재를 탄성지지하는 탄성부재;로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 쐐기형태의 수밀보조덮개를 가지는 수문을 제공한다.
