SLUICE GATE EQUIPPED WITH SEESAW FORM OF AUXILIARY COVER FOR WATERTIGHT
The present invention relates to a sluice gate equipped with a seesaw type watertight auxiliary cover to provide a sluice gate formed with a stable watertight structure between a gate frame and a gate leaf. According to the present invention, the sluice gate comprises: a gate frame comprising a frame body having an opening for allowing the fluid to flow, and a gate leaf guide formed on the frame body to stand upright on two sides of the opening; a gate leaf moving upwards and downwards on inner side of the gate leaf guide to open and close the opening; and a watertight auxiliary cover installed on the gate leaf guide in order to press and attach the gate leaf to the frame body by being hindered by the gate leaf and rotating while the gate leaf for closing the opening is lowered. The watertight auxiliary cover comprises: a seesaw type reaction member which is coupled to the gate leaf guide to face the gate leaf on the front side thereof and has a rotational structure by coupling a rotational coupling part formed by bending the left and right sides thereof to the gate leaf guide by a horizontal rotational axis; a first protruding member formed on the lower portion of the seesaw type reaction member to protrude toward the gate leaf to come in contact with the lower portion of the gate leaf while the gate leaf is lowered in order to pressurize the lower portion of the gate leaf; and an elastic member which connects the seesaw type reaction member to the frame body and elastically supports the seesaw type reaction member to make the lower portion of the seesaw type reaction member rotated toward the gate leaf around the rotational axis.
본 발명은 시소형 수밀보조덮개를 가지는 수문에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 문비와 문틀의 사이에 안정적인 수밀구조가 형성될 수 있도록 한 시소형 수밀보조덮개를 가지는 수문을 제공함에 있다. 이를 위한 본 발명은 유체의 유동을 위한 개구가 형성된 문틀 본체와, 상기 개구의 양측에서 수직하게 직립된 구조를 갖도록 문틀 본체에 형성된 문비 가이드로 이루어진 문틀; 상기 문비 가이드의 내측에서 상하로 이동하면서 상기 개구를 개폐하는 문비; 및 상기 문비 가이드에 설치되며, 상기 개구의 폐쇄를 위한 문비의 하강시 문비와의 간섭에 의해 회전하면서 문비가 문틀 본체에 밀착되도록 가압하는 수밀보조덮개;를 포함하되, 상기 수밀보조덮개는, 상기 문비의 전방에서 문비와 마주하도록 문비 가이드에 결합되되, 좌우 양측에 절곡 형성된 회전결합부가 수평한 회전축에 의해 문비 가이드에 결합되어 회전 가능한 구조를 갖는 시소형 반응부재; 상기 시소형 반응부재의 하단부에 형성되되, 상기 문비의 하강시 문비의 하단부와 접촉하도록 문비 방향으로 돌출되게 형성되어 문비의 하단부를 가압하는 제1돌출부재; 및 상기 시소형 반응부재와 문틀 본체를 연결하되, 상기 회전축을 기준으로 시소형 반응부재의 하단부가 문비 방향으로 회전하도록 시소형 반응부재를 탄성지지하는 탄성부재;로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 시소형 수밀보조덮개를 가지는 수문을 제공한다.

The present invention relates to a sluice gate equipped with a seesaw type watertight auxiliary cover to provide a sluice gate formed with a stable watertight structure between a gate frame and a gate leaf. According to the present invention, the sluice gate comprises: a gate frame comprising a frame body having an opening for allowing the fluid to flow, and a gate leaf guide formed on the frame body to stand upright on two sides of the opening; a gate leaf moving upwards and downwards on inner side of the gate leaf guide to open and close the opening; and a watertight auxiliary cover installed on the gate leaf guide in order to press and attach the gate leaf to the frame body by being hindered by the gate leaf and rotating while the gate leaf for closing the opening is lowered. The watertight auxiliary cover comprises: a seesaw type reaction member which is coupled to the gate leaf guide to face the gate leaf on the front side thereof and has a rotational structure by coupling a rotational coupling part formed by bending the left and right sides thereof to the gate leaf guide by a horizontal rotational axis; a first protruding member formed on the lower portion of the seesaw type reaction member to protrude toward the gate leaf to come in contact with the lower portion of the gate leaf while the gate leaf is lowered in order to pressurize the lower portion of the gate leaf; and an elastic member which connects the seesaw type reaction member to the frame body and elastically supports the seesaw type reaction member to make the lower portion of the seesaw type reaction member rotated toward the gate leaf around the rotational axis.
